Upon entering the parking lot, it was apparent there would be no parking… I had my husband drive around and look while I went in and checked in. The front service staff was friendly and wonderful! The problem with this hotel is not the service and the grounds, it is a horrible parking lot and its design is ridiculous. It is also shared with another hotel. That makes it even worse! They appear to cater to contractors, etc. utilizing large trucks and heavy equipment… Further exasperating the situation. Through no fault of their own… A large percentage of the parking spaces are wasted through this process. We were forced to make the decision to surrender our room and try to find another hotel more suitable. Consideration for a full refund I would hope be something management could take under advisement.

Nice comfy rooms with lots of space. Decent breakfast options. However, you need to make sure you take all bags inside, there was a car break-in while we were there.

The front desk clerk was fantastic. He was welcoming and had suggestions on food for dinner. I cannot remember his name but it began with a Q and was a unique name. That fella is a good employee for greeting and checking in. He was fast and courteous and welcoming during my check in. Kudos to him. He shows it takes no effort to be nice and friendly and I hope this review earns him so kind of recognition.

The hotel was clean and we got clean towels everyday of our 5 night stay, which was nice. My husband enjoyed being able to do a load of his laundry there too. I just wish the breakfast was better and had more choices than waffles, powdered eggs, sausage, small yogurts, instant oa**eal, apples, and muffins/bagels/bread. Our bed was comfortable and I was glad to get a channel lineup as we are not from the area and didn't know the TV stations. All the staff we met were pleasant and polite.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property could use some updates, but overall for the price it's worth it. The location is good. The pool is HEATED INDOORS, not OUTDOORS as listed on **********
