We needed a place to stay for one night and read good reviews about this place. We were not disappointed. It was probably not one of the newer Hampton Inns (when compared to others we've stayed at), but that was ok. The most important thing to me was that everything was clean and kept up well --- which it was. I definitely would stay here again -- thanks for a nice experience!

Como es demasiado tarde, no quiero conducir por una noche y luego irme. muy conveniente. Hay un autobús de enlace gratuito. Parece que estamos en la última clase. Después de que recojamos a nuestro conductor, iremos a casa del trabajo. Cuando recoja su equipaje, llame al hotel y diga que recogerá el autobús de enlace a los 4 minutos a tiempo. Justo afuera de la salida donde está el equipaje, pase una pequeña carretera en el medio de la carretera. La recepción del hotel es muy rápida y hay agua caliente frente a la recepción. Té Café El agua embotellada está disponible en cualquier momento. El desayuno es normalito pero bastante cómodo, una taza de café y gofres caseros.

I travel frequently for business, typically upstate New York and Connecticut, and this particular hotel is my go to home away from home. The most impressive thing about Staybridge is the team. They are very responsive to any needs i may have and the rooms are always clean. Do not hesitate to book a stay here. Not to mention the manager there is absolutely amazing!!!!! He handled all my issues directly and promptly I think his name is Sherwinn.

I ended up staying here by accident. Was set to attend a concert in Saratoga, but a last min cancellation caused me to stay closer to airport. Hotel is connected with a Residence Inn and it's a larger Courtyard than most. Room is nice and comfortable, tv was large and high quality. Service nice upfront and helpful. There is a little patio area off the lobby/restaurant that was nice to chill in for a bit as the weather was amazing. Sleep was fairly restful, bed better than average. Tons of restaurants nearby on Wolf Road and it's extremely close to the ALB airport. Pretty affordable last minute rate as well.

The hotel is an old one and it seems as though it's caught between what it was and what it wants to be. Our overnight stay was fine, but that was about it. The room was clean, but crowded with the old kitchen and king bed. The hotel overall showed its age. Staff were generally helpful and pleasant to deal with. The hotel felt dark most of the time. Breakfast was pleasant although to get coffee or tea you had to go the front desk and when we went to breakfast, there was neither available. We probably would not return to this hotel as we're fairly sure that we could find a better quality in the area for the price.

The hotel met the expecting you'd have with a Fairfield. Clean beds, no noise, great shower. Coffee was hot in the morning and checkout was a breeze. What really impressed me was post checkout. Within 30 min, I realized I lost a diamond earring somewhere in the room. I called the front desk and the girl personally ran up to the room to check for the earring. At this point the bed was already stripped, but lo and behold, someone had found my earning and had placed it on the bed side table. I discovered it so quickly they didn't have a chance to reach out but how amazing of the cleaning staff.! Not only were they keen to spot something in the bed, but also honest enough not to take it.
