TLDR: Don’t give this hotel your credit card! I now have almost $400 of fraudulent charges I’m disputing with them.
Long version: The manager Ethan is either a con man or a total *****. I prepaid for the room here on trip.com. When I checked in, they asked for a card for incidentals, of which there were none. Upon checkout, they said trip.com didn’t pay them and they had already charged me for the entire stay. It was a Sunday so Ethan wasn’t there. He didn’t return my calls until Tuesday afternoon. He apologized and said he’d credit my card. I waited for the credit to appear on my card. After several days, a new charge appeared for twice the initial amount. ***. I called and left messages for Ethan with two different employees - no contact. For real, don’t do business with this place.

La verdad me gusto el hotel el chico del escritorio y el personal que nos topamos fue muy amable y servicial con nosotros todo estuvo bien el cuarto y las camas muy limpias y cómodas el cuarto muy amplio y limpio los únicos detalles que no nos gustaron es que la alfombra de los pasillos estaba muy sucia algunas y la alberca y el jacuzzi estuvo casi todo el tiempo pagada para prendieron una hora cuando llegamos y una hora ya que nos hibamos el siguiente día

The stay was ok. Shower was not great and tub was very slippery and dangerous, they should consider out bath mat. Beds were not very comfortable had a stiff neck every morning. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming so that helped a little for the negatives.

The room was very clean, staff was super nice, and the location was convenient to a lot of restaurants. Only negative was that the mini fridge didn't work but I find most hotels have this problem. I highly recommend staying here, and is priced right. Next time I'm in town I will stay here again.

Overall it was good. It was at a great location of where I needed to be. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice.
The only negative thing I have to say was that there was a Doritos crumbs on the floor when I arrived. The water heater thing in the room only worked once and then it stopped working the morning I was checking out.

Everything was great! The beds were hard as a rock but bearable. A Couple more or better quality pillows would have been better other that that it was great for the price!

Overall okay - marked down for cleanliness - quite a bit of hair under tables, one of the beds appeared to have not been up (sheet covering lumpy, not pulled straight as other bed), -- otherwise fine
