Terrace Elite Resort Ultra All Inclusive

Very clean hotel with good quality food. Very helpful and nice staff. The wonderful animation team will make our holiday time very pleasant with various games, great shows every evening - they do a very good job! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Hotel is lovely, modern and up to date. Rooms were good size and cleaned daily, mostly just beds and towels though. We were on 5th floor so used the lift but only 1 lift per block so was very busy. Pool area was great. Hard to get a bed as people were up super early putting towels down. Some people were removing towels around the splash park area and taking the beds. Floor around the pool was so slippy! Saw so many children slip and fall and on our first day helped a little girl who had slipped and broke her 2 front teeth and bust her lip! Not many British people! Pool bar was awful 🤮 it constantly smelt like sick. They also couldn't make the cocktails the same every time. We left a lot as they were made wrong and were disgusting 🤢 the mini disco is around the back of the pool bar and it also smelt awful round there, think mens toilets 🤮 can't comment on the evening entertainment as we never saw it as it started so late my son was to tired to stay awake. It started around 10ish. Food was mediocre. Very repetitive, under cooked chicken on the BBQ. Ice cream for 1 hour in the afternoon but i didnt like them they were like jelly. Beach was nice, lots of things going on. Foam party and the big inflatable were really good. Some of the staff work their back sides off and are really lovely. Some are grumpy and rude. Restaurant was so warm and busy was sometimes hard to get a table. Al a carte only opens if they have more than 10 people booking and it's 10 euros pp. I saw it open once. Lots of places inside to relax on big sofas with a coffee and cake. Germans just seem to take over the activities (vollyball) and play between themselves. Floor gets super hot. Overall we had a great time.

Our experience at the hotel has been very good. Hotel is extremely clean and food is good. Staff are very attentive and entertainment team go above and beyond. Hotel is set up very well and would highly recommend. Hotel is in small resort but dolmus available at bottom of road to get into side.

Great variety of food, possible to eat anything at any time. Food is delicious, everyday something different but the best are the butter rice and waffles by the pool. Animation team is perfect - open, fun and organises many activities for people every age. They also make friends with anyone so easily it’s amazing. Service is on point. Everyone is really nice. I had an amazing time ☺️

it was the best time here. everyone is nice here and very welcoming.i loved the animateurs and the show, u can really see how much work they put into it! it was my first time in turkey and i’m very glad that i chose this hotel. i will definitely return!!

Im currently at this hotel... I've been to Turkey 15 times, mostly to 5 star resort hotels and a couple of 4 stars (the 4 stars were not good). I booked a last minute at the Terrace Elite hotel. When i had read reviews and saw that some websites were stating the hotel was a 4 star... my heart sank. How wrong i was. It's not a huge hotel, but oh its a wee gem. It's so clean, the staff are so polite, friendly and attentive, and, speak English. They had a gala night tonight, really good 😃 Restaurant is pristine. Food yummy and, my oh my, finally a Turkish hotel that can bake a tasty cake. I have tried cakes everywhere... I end up spitting them out. Not this time. I ended up having two puddings. There is an ice cream area open near the pool bar from 11-4pm, again... Good. Lunch we had near the pool area.. fresh and tasty, and the salads are delicious. Outside the area is constantly being attended to, super super clean... My ocd normally flares horribly on holiday as i notice the wee things.. not this time, im finally able to relax. Nice wee touches.. in the evening sitting at the bar, they brought us nibbles, strawberries and cream and crisps... Room modern and big. We had no view but i don't tend to sit out anyway. I always have to bring my own pillow and blanket with me, again, i was exhausted, and couldn't muster opening my suitcase and fell asleep on their pillow first night with no issues.. i had to phone housekeeping next day as i need a sheet to sleep with as i had forgotten to pack my blanket, it was quickly delivered. I feel very safe in this hotel also. We are next to the lifts but i haven't noticed noise. Outside of hotel, the area is a bit bleak however a 10 min walk and there is plenty shops etc and dolmuses zooming along to Side... Side itself is absolutely gorgeous and classy, the ampitheatre and history is wonderful and the main street has glass built on the pavements so you can see the ancient archaeological roads etc... it's very impressive. Things to note of hotel: i bring a portable washing line, however there isn't a hook i can attach line to at one side of the wall.. this would be great to have. I will update if there is anything else i noted. However so far so good, looks like they've got a repeat customer in us. 👍😁🇹🇷

It was my first time at this hotel and I will be returning. They have the best animation team and lovely bar staff they are always willing to help. The rooms were cleaned every day and were just what you needed they also put a free big bottle of water, coke, Fanta, soda and 4 juice boxes and replace them when the room is cleaned which is a bonus. They had a variety of different foods to pick from at meal times and as you sit down the staff will always come and offer you a drink. It’s a perfect family hotel as well as a friends trip I 100% recommend 😄😄

My first holiday solo This was a fantastic experience!! The staff were absolutely excellent! Made me feel so comfortable and lots of fun!! Food was amazing and so clean Highly recommend will come again!!

We had a really great time at this hotel! The animation is really fun! Especially with simo🤩 The food is really good and a good service of the hotel. The matras was to hard so I got a topper right away. Nice cocktails! We are coming back as soon as possible 🤩🤩🤩
