Quality Inn Bridgeport-Clarksburg

Good Service, clean nice facility. Very Quiet. Excellent Breakfast. In the 10 days we were on the road this hotel was the best place we stayed.

The bathroom was tiny and very dated. Our chargers fit very loosely in the outlets and we woke to find nothing had charged. Breakfast area was small and a limited variety of options. The pool and fitness area are not on site, they are at a neighboring facility, so we had to walk outside in the middle of winter to get back to our hotel while wet. There is no elevator in this hotel. They requested a security deposit after my room was paid for, and said it would be returned upon checkout if I used cash, however, I had to remind them to give my deposit back. On the flip side, the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. It worked for a one-night stay, but wouldn't want to be here for an extended amount of time.

The building shows it's age, but was clean and comfortable. One sheet had tiny black stains, but the room was pristinely clean. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

At first our stay was pleasant, however that changed quickly. First I want to say DO NOT STAY HERE THERE ARE ROACHES!!!! I noticed the roaches the morning we were getting ready to check out, as I saw one crawling all over the bathroom floor. That roach then went and hid in the trim, but I then found a dead roach underneath the shower-mat. After being completely disgusted that we had already stayed in that room for the past four nights, at check out I went to address the problem to the workers, however they brushed me off and told me that the manager “ran to the store and would be back in a few minutes” which led to the manager never being able to reach out to me for a whole day, after I had even called back 4 times. I was also told by a front desk worker that the manager would decide if the problem with my stay was worth reaching back out to me. How ridiculous that any manager or worker would be okay with having their quests stay at a “clean” place that’s infested with roaches. Still with no word from the manager who apparently had just “run to the store” quickly, so I then reached out to corporate who is more than willing to help me, however we are both still waiting to hear back from the manager. Do not recommend staying here unless you want to share your room with roaches and deal with bad management who doesn’t care about their quests.

The linen wasn't clean on one bed. The shower, sink, walls near mirror, and other areas were dirty. It was obvious that regular cleaning has not been kept up.

I thought the hotel itself was fine however, I could hardly get any sleep because kids or adults or someone was running up and down the stairs and up and down the hallway above me most of the night. Very frustrated.

Probably the nastiest motel I have stayed in ever. If I had known before I paid, I would not have stayed.

Shower had floor repair, shower doors rusty, no handle on sliding door for bathroom, paint peeling on walls. Bed was very comfortable.
