The property is brand new. Th location is fantastic and of course with everything perfectly new, he rooms are pristine. He price is about right an I would definitely stay here again. There’s a couple things that need to be worked out. It took them 3 rooms to get me a room with a cable running to the tv. I’m a lifetime diamond member and choose breakfast as my perk. I was charge for breakfast each day and didn’t really have time to deal with it. I’m sure it’s an honest mistake and training just hasn’t set in yet. It’s a good property, I think they’ll get it figured out.

We have stayed here five or six times. We love the location and the ease of checking in and checking out. For anyone headed to Vandy or Belmont this is the best spot to stay. There are plenty of shopping and dining options right outside the door. The apartments are outfitted with comfortable beds and linens, full kitchens, a safe underground garage and much more space than any of the hotel options. We use this location for multiple night stays and single night stays.

DDarrenThe room that I booked was not what I received upon checking in. I had paid for 2 queen sized beds but gotten 1 queen and a sofa bed. Front desk informed me that they were out of 2 queen beds and sometimes third party apps uploads incorrect information. Service recovery was not the best. Credits were offers but that does not reflect the price differences between the two types of room. Not to mention that decision was made purely for the fact that I was promised 2 queen beds. Overall, hotel was okay, just not what I had in mind.

El hotel está muy bien, no hay alojamiento en el hotel, sin importar el tiempo de estancia. En realidad, saco mi propio basura, asegúrese de dar mi guardarme las toallas cuando me encuentren nuevas, etc. He tenido malas experiencias con hoteles que quieren pagar un depósito en mi tarjeta bancaria y no quiero tener que discutir tarifas que nunca fueron sustituidas por hoteles.
