Preciosa hacienda en los viñedos para poder desconectar del día a día. Con una decoración muy buena y unos jardines cuidadísimos y vistas espectaculares. Las habitaciones aunque bien decoradas y con muchos utensilios interesantes para estar unos días, falla un poco para su precio en cuanto a pequeños detalles. Por ejemplo la falta de bañera, una ducha con poca presión de agua y sin demasiados virguerías, la terraza exterior de nuestra habitación tener algún tipo de vistas como se describía y no un seto detrás de la piscina. También nos faltó la posibilidad de elección de almohadas muy típica en este tipo de hoteles. Un detalle a tener en cuenta es que la habitación se llenaba de hormigas a pesar de que había mucha y buena limpieza. Tendrían que buscar algún sistema para conseguir que esto no pasara. En cuanto al servicio aunque es bueno no llega al servicio de 5 estrellas que pagas. Siempre hablando desde nuestra experiencia claro. El desayuno nos pareció bueno pero sin ser delirante y los productos aunque de calidad, eran de poca variedad. También nos sorprendió la no atención en mesa de inicio para el servicio de café, por ejemplo. En definitiva un hotel donde vas a relajarte muchísimo, pero que le faltan algunos detalles que hemos podido ver en otros hoteles de este tipo para llegar a la excelencia. Así y todo muy aconsejable hosped**** en él, aunque pensamos que le faltan algunos detalles para llegar a conseguir nuestras 5 estrellas.

Mi pareja y yo nos alojamos aquí por una semana. La ubicación es buena y las vistas son increíbles. La gente es amigable. Lo que me sorprendió es que el desayuno no estaba incluido en el precio y la verdad es que 7,5 euros por persona por desayuno es demasiado, sobre todo lo que ofrecen y sabiendo que si desayunas en una cafetería local podrías pagar 3 o 4 por persona. persona. El hotel es sumamente encantador. El personal ha sido absolutamente fabuloso. No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre ellos. Son personas absolutamente geniales. Todos hacen todo lo posible para complacerte, lo cual es increíble. Los alrededores no son tan malos, se puede caminar, pero ten cuidado. Sin embargo, admito que fui al centro comercial y lo pasé muy bien. Este es un lugar realmente agradable y las habitaciones son fabulosas. Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel.😎👍

Buscábamos calidad en el descanso y a la vez cercanía a la zona de Setubal sin tener que estar en la ciudad. La situación de la Pousada es fantástica, unas vistas desde las habitaciones privilegiadas al Estuario do Sado y a Setúbal, el entorno del Castelo de Palmela es muy bonito, recorrimos el sendero dos Moinhos y hay varias rutas más de senderismo cercanas. El hotel en sí es garantía de descanso y relax, instalaciones grandiosas, habitaciones amplias, limpieza absoluta, calidad de colchón, almohada y edredón, el grosor de las paredes hace que el silencio sea protagonista. Los baños limpios, amplios y con presión del agua. Aparcamiento exterior gratuito. El desayuno variado y de gran calidad. Por último el personal, atentos, serviciales, muy majos, tanto recepción como personal de hosteleria ( desayuno ). Desde luego acertamos al elegirlo, y si volvemos por la zona no buscaremos alternativa. Gracias Pousada Castelo de Palmela.

Fui por un viaje de trabajo y nos alojamos en Troia. El complejo hotelero es de 5 estrellas: amplio, limpio, muy bien decorado y con una buena atención. El buffet es normalito y quizás podría subir la calidad al trat**** de un Hotel de 5. Pero las instalaciones son de 10: spa, piscinas, parking, habitaciones, pasillos, ascensores, ******, recepción, bar, etc. Dispone de todos los servicios y el personal es atento y amable. Quizás si eres de los que utilizan el GYM se te queda pequeño pero siempre tienes la posibilidad de salir a andar por toda la bahía, el puente y la playa. Que mejor manera de hacer deporte viendo amanecer y atardecer mientras pasan barquitos navegando y gente pescando. Incluso si tienes suerte los delfines de dejan ver. Hay muchos gatitos en la Isla de Troia y pasan Ferries para una mayor conexión SETUBAL - TROIA. (Sino, tienes la opción de ir por carretera dando un poco más de vuelta). Dispones de campos de golf. Se nota que es una ”isla” turística que se llena en las temporadas de verano ya que en época otoño - invierno está más tranquilo y te encuentras con muchos garitos cerrados. No obstante, es un lugar turístico y de 2ndas residencias para gente de élite y dinero: como jugadores de fútbol. Lo mejor son las habitaciones grandes y amplias que disponen de todo: secador, jabones, toallas, bañera, piscina, baño completo, pica grande, espejos, armarios, caja fuerte, cafetera con cápsulas de cortesía, aguas de cortesía, televisión, aire centralizado y una cama enorrrrmee QUEEN SIZE (caben 4 por lo menos!). Y una terraza con unas vistas a la Bahía impresionantes. Incluso algunas habitaciones tiene YACUZZI en tu terraza con unas vistas de 10. Casa noche la señora de la limpieza te deja bombones en la habitación de cortesía. Dispone el Hotel de aparcacoches. Primera línea de mar. Ideal para baños, paseos y deportes acuáticos. Recomiendo.
