We booked this hotel as it was a small (14 room) adults only hotel, as per the website ‘we would like to give to our Guest an oasis of relaxation, wellness and romanticism’. In terms of the hotel and grounds, they are really picturesque. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, with its own car park. The breakfast was good for us, you can order as much or little as you like. It is in a fairly residential location, but there are a few eateries within walking distance (buba’s, La Madonna, miralago) that are very good and authentic. For a more buzzing town feel though, you would need a car to get around, as there aren’t any taxis. In terms of our experience, overall this isn’t a hotel we would revisit or recommend, for a few reasons; - there is no real bar or restaurant within the hotel to use at night time - There is no staff on site after 8/9pm until 7/8am - The main issue for us, is because the sunbeds by the pool are rented out for day guests. This completely loses the small boutique feel and our reason for booking…. If you went out during the day it would be difficult to come back and get a parking spot, I would have thought hotel guests would have reserved parking spots. The weekends are extremely busy and everyone is just sitting around the edges of the pool, which make it difficult to use the steps to get in and out. On one particular day there was a large group of days guests celebrating. They were very loud, jumping in the pool right next to people, glass bottles were being left right by the edge and being left on top of the water fountains within the pool. A DJ was also on from late afternoon until early evening on this particular day, the guests stayed until sunset, drinking and dancing, while the hotel guests were having dinner. It was always a battle with the umbrellas too, everyone has their own umbrella that they can move to cover their bed only, however most days people wouldn’t do this and you’d be left in the sun or shade when you didn’t want to be. Day guests should be advised how to use them when checking in. Hotel guests were mostly outnumbered by day guests during our stay and it felt like they believed they were far superior. Also, it was constant posing and pictures for their socials, which was really tiresome when you were trying to walk around etc. They sell this aspect of the hotel as ‘the most attractive and chic beach club’. This is the complete opposite atmosphere of the experience the hotel is selling. Had we known this, we would never have ever booked to stay at Relais.

Estructura un poco fechada pero limpia. Es enorme y no todos los entornos están explotados. Hay un autobús parado a pocos metros. Necesita moverse en el coche. En los alrededores hay sólo naturaleza. El bufete incluye primeros, segundos, verduras, frutas y dulces con suficiente variedad. El desayuno lo evaluaré en un segundo momento. Los animales son admitidos. Hay algunas zonas para fumadores. La piscina es enorme y tiene un isloto de un lado. Y hay una para los niños, muchas camas y paraguas alrededor de ambos, hay una zona de pradera, la limpieza de la piscina es exacta, no puedo decir lo mismo del espacio alrededor. Pero la culpa es en gran parte de las personas inciviles y he visto tantas ... En la zona de piscina hay un bar que a mediodía ofrece un bufete además de pan, tostadas, tramezzines y platos habituales. Tiene un horno de pizza y se están forniendo todo el día ofreciendo alternativa al restaurante a la noche. He visto un campo de basqueteo, uno de ping pong y uno de billar. Mi habitación estaba limpia, cómoda para 2 personas, con balcón con vistas a la piscina y la pradera. Toallas limpias y conjuntos de cortesía en el baño.

Nada es perfecto, casi lo fue. Las instalaciones son my buenas y el precio razonable. Solo algunos detalles de la atencion lo harian sobresaliente. La alberca cierra a las 730pm, por tanto, tienes que programar muy bien tu agenda, si la quieres usar. El restaurante es bueno y tiene una gran variedad de vinos en la carta, no solo los delos dueños. Solo los niños corria alrededor de la mesa, seria bueno tener facilidades para atender a los niños o areas separadas para los que vienen en familias vs las parejas o la gente que no quiere mayor ruido. Curiosamente el frigobar esta deconectado y solo sacándolo de su mueble, lo puede conectar de manejar eficaz. Pequeños detalles. El personal en general habla mas de dos idiomas, lo cual es muy bueno.

Ottima struttura, completamente moderna ma soprattutto bellissima. Lo staff di casa citella ci ha accolto e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa nonostante il nostro arrivo in struttura sia avvenuto in orario notturni poco comodo. La struttura è comoda da raggiungere e resta comoda per raggiungere tante destinazioni da poter visitare. Pulizia assoluta partendo dalla ingresso, alle camere, mobili, lenzuola, e tutta la struttura stessa in quanto il mio gruppo ha preso nella stessa, tutte e 5 le camere disponibili. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura in quanto la sig. Simonetta e tutto il suo staff sono persone fantastiche, accoglienti e gentilissime. Prezzo ottimo, location stupenda dove ci vedrà ospiti anche il prossimo anno. Grazie a tutto lo staff di CASA CITELLA Angelo.

Very good experience the thermal park is beautiful set in woodland the park is excellent the thermal lake are out of this world and the cave is an experience to savoy They have a glass house which is the cafe with takeaway food or sit down beautiful place place to eat service just has good My wife had a treatment at the wellness center she said it was top class The only problem I had was find the car park it's not near to the park its not dar but it was difficult to find you pay on the way out 5 euros for the day It's 5 euros for the sun beds take flip flops all in all a great experience give it a try

disappointed. this hotel is run down and in the middle of nowhere. it is advertised as having a spa, but it was shut when we went for refurbishment which was not advertised when booking. the breakfast sausage and bacon were cold. the manager reprimanded staff in front of us about not being on desk when they are supposed to, but this should have been done in private. the girls on reception were very sweet but seemed nervous when manager around. there are no shops or nothing for sale in hotel so you have to go into town which will cost you minimum of £25 every time you leave hotel. the hotel seems to be run by same minimal staff. there is hardly any guest and it seems like it is closed. would not go here again.
