Me encantaba dar un 4 o 5 puntuaciones, y me senté en 4. Este hotel es muy bonito, pero fue más de un ”hotel de negocios” vibe que yo prefiero. Situación es buena, está cerca de un bonito parque, y alrededor de un 10-15 minutos a la zona principal de Pau. Estacionamiento fácil. Era una zona muy tranquila, El hotel está muy bien. El personal era muy agradable y útil. El desayuno era grande. A la parte inferior ...Se siente como un hotel de negocios. Las habitaciones eran lo suficientemente agradables, pero un tipo de estéril y genérica. Como un marriott agradable o algo. Todas las plantas de madera. AC fue terrible, no podía conseguir el tiempo en la habitación por debajo de 70, incluso en el máximo AC en una noche fría. Creo que se desactivan el AC. También tienen jabón líquido y botellas de champú en el duche, y un día nos fuimos de jabón de ducha, ¿Qué significa que la novia no se molestaba en comprobar/rellenarlo. Quiero decir, cuando pago 500+ Euro por noche, es razonable esperar que yo trabaje en la ducha? Eso es realmente terrible para un hotel a este precio. Todo lo que dijo, me quedaría aquí otra vez. Me disfruté de mi visita, pero podría comprobar el Hotel Bristol la próxima vez para ver cómo se compara.

Un bon bien deux étoiles. Bien sûr la facette hors d'âge avec ses volets cassés fait peur, tout comme l'entrée et l'accueil. Cependant la chambre était spacieuse et fonctionnelle, bien que vieillette. Bien sûr une rénovation de tout l'hôtel s'imposerait. El pdj es muy bajo, pero al menos es factura sólo 7 euros. Brevemente nada es cosy, nuevo, bonito pero es funcional, grande y limpio con un precio adaptado en consecuencia. Una impresión de acceso no seguro a las habitaciones, por lo tanto, os cierran bien. El vigilante no quiere que acceda al ascensor. Elige una habitación sobre la parte trasera. Las que dan en la plaza pueden ser ruidosas un sábado noche de verano.

Faithfully restored this affluent family home offers an insight into the history of a sumptuous era when the mountain resort of Pau was at its most fashionable at the end of the 19th century. The very British charm of the Villa Navarre is part of its timeless appeal. The spaciousness of the hotel is best appreciated in the lounges the covered terrace that runs along the facade and the rooms. The views from the bedroom windows are stunning overlooking the grounds planted with rare species of trees and facing the Pyrenees. Deciding whether to head for the pool that shares the views or the cleverly designed fitness centre in the former wine cellar is a real dilemma.

+: Hotel muy bonito, habitación muy grande con pequeña mesa al aire libre en un ambiente tranquilo y relajante. Cama grande y cómoda, muy limpia. Nuevo y excelente spa. Se proporcionan accesorios de belleza/higiene.
-: En recepción, lenguaje familiar de la recepcionista ”¡espera que llamo a Lolo!”. Asimismo, no se cumplió la promesa de la recepcionista de retirar la cama sobrante de nuestra habitación. Olvidé las batas para el spa, no me disculpo desde la recepción. No avisa que el hammam está roto. A su llegada no hay instrucciones sobre cómo moverse por este gran hotel o incluso cómo vaciar el coche, siempre teniendo que ir a recepción para obtener información básica.
