«The service here was top-notch. We did have a few problems though. The A/C doesn't allow you to go below 20C and there was no notice directing you not to do that. If you try to set the thermostat below, it just won't turn on. There was also a fake eyelash on the floor near the bed. Makes you question how clean the rest of the room is. Overall, it was a good experience and the customer service helped compensate for the other shortfalls.»

«I used to stay in Crowne Plaza Jiangmen last year and it was very good.
Unfortunately last week was very disappointed. I was very surprised by the quality of the food. No more buffet dinner with western or Chinese food. Just a small hot pot. For the breakfast no western food accommodations. I had the feeling to stay in a local low standard hotel.
On the top of that the air conditioning was interrupted in the middle of the night. And I realized in the early morning about 5am that they stop the air conditioning in all the hotel!? While it is now the summer time in south China.»

«We are from Canada and this is our second time staying here. We were here last year with our elderly father in law and we very much enjoyed our stay so we decided to stay here again on the Executive Suite level. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the daily breakfast and then the included tea time, dinner and laundry service package which is fabulous and all for an unbeatable price! They even replace a button on your shirt if needed when they do your laundry! The heated multi-functional toilet is nice. Communication is not an issue as some staff speak English or we use our translator app with no issues at all. Amazing service! We quite enjoy the Gladden Hotel.»

«Adoramos nuestra estadía en el Flower Season Hotel sólo llamar a unos pocos de los destacados:
*La habitación es enorme tamaño inmaculado limpio de simplicidad escala de arriba La cama y Linens es muy cómodo
*El personal es muy útil y amable.
*El hotel también cuenta con lavandería complementaria para los huéspedes del hotel, que dispone de lavavajillas y secadoras de primera línea.
*El cuarto incluye un bar de bebidas complementarias que rellenaban todos los días.
*Buffet de desayuno caliente con un buen ambiente para comer.
*La mayoría de los viajeros de negocios son de gran importancia.
Nos hemos extendido nuestra estancia en el hotel de flor de temporada por tres días adicionales porque hay un tiburón que pasó por la zona . En la que tenemos una experiencia de oportunidad y testigos de cómo este personal y gestores de este hotel ayudan a los residentes alrededor durante el tifon , nos sentimos profundamente enraizado en la comunidad , un negocio que se preocupa !

«We enjoyed our stay overall. Reception team were friendly and helpful including the laudary cleaning lady is helpful too.. Hotel room is spacious, comfy bed, shower water pressure is good. The location is a bit our from city centre, but it was not an issue for us. We have our relatives looked after us. I give 4/5 stars raring for my stay. Thank you.»
