Wow wow wow. Estamos tan contentos que encontramos esta joya nestled de vuelta de los surfers ocupados ****. Piscina fue increíble, el personal es grande, los jardines tan lujosos y invitantes. Do not hesitate book this place! We came for my husband’s 50th and couldn’t have been happier!! We asked for the best room and it didn’t disappoint! Stayed 5 nights in deluxe 2 bedroom ocean view. 30C couldn’t have had a better view. I have no words to describe.. I tell you the squealing from the teenagers when we walked in the room. Just spectacular!! Special mention to Hannah who booked us the room and was a pleasure ever encounter. And also Ruth who checked us in and out! What wonderful staff and room.. can say this is the best place I have ever stayed.. I highly recommend staying here. Location so close to public transport and beach/shops. PERFECT

Cons: La primera noche que desperté cada hora de la cama, porque era extremadamente incómodo y me lastimaba la espalda. El día siguiente, pusieron una cama de cama en la que era portable, pero aún la peor cama que he dormido en un hotel. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. ¡La zona de la piscina es increíble, los cocktails son grandes y la piscina de gira es caliente para nadar incluso en invierno! La piscina con el pescado era un poco más fría, pero me dijeron que aún estaba caliente. Hay camareros que traerán sus bebidas a usted y tomará su pedido. La zona de arena es grande para los toddlers. Alimentos y bebidas en el capítulo y Verso es increíble y el servicio era excelente. --sanMe alojé aquí aproximadamente 2 semanas a principios de enero. Me dieron una cama al lado de un balcón en una habitación de 6 camas, lo que me dio un poco más de privacidad.
La habitación se limpió bien durante mi estancia. La cama no era grande pero sí cómoda, con un bonito colchón, luz y enchufes.
Hay un baño para inodoro y una ducha (no separada) para la habitación. Así que tuve que compartirlo con otras 5 personas cuando todas las camas estaban ocupadas.
El área común en el sótano era bastante buena por tener bonitos muebles. La cocina y el comedor eran acogedores y espaciosos.
Necesitas monedas de $1 o $2 para lavandería y secadora ($3 cada una). Si te cuesta preparar monedas, aparentemente hay una lavandería de autoservicio y un dispensador de efectivo cerca (aunque no lo probé).
Definitivamente confuso encontrar la recepción para el check-in. Debes caminar entre The Island y un restaurante de teppanyaki en Surfers Paradise Blvd.

We spent 5 nights here on holiday and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, it’s very clean and super huge, it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a holiday. This hotel suit those a family trip.

Reservamos el apartamento de una habitación con un sofá mientras que teníamos 4 de nosotros quedamos. Una vez llegado esperamos un cuarto fresco y limpio con dos camas para los 4 de nosotros. Desafortunadamente no fue. La habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía encontrar ningún tipo de cama. También hay muertas muertas que se encuentran alrededor de los sellos de ventanas. (Fotos adjuntas) Después de nuestra 2ª noche de estancia, no habíamos recibido una habitación limpia. Nos preguntamos en la recepción y se le dijo que sólo servirían las habitaciones si lo solicitamos. La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Desde el tercer - el sexto día de la estancia 2 de nosotros se enferma y, desgraciadamente, lo ponía abajo a lo poco higiénico que eran las habitaciones. - El secador de pelo era malo y no funcionó. - Los fans sólo trabajaron en las condiciones más altas. - TV’s no funcionó. ( fijado después de que alguien lo mirara.) - Brocken schwitches everywhere. - Todo fue sucio y adhesivo. - Ver maravilloso. - Localización perfecta. - Piscina y spa perfecto. Este hotel necesita una renovación prioritaria con mantenimiento y mantenimiento para levantar allí juego.
