Antes estudiaba en la UC y ahora vuelvo a la escuela y siento que el cambio sigue siendo bastante grande. Este hotel es de nueva construcción, las instalaciones son relativamente nuevas y están muy cerca de la escuela.

We stayed here for three days while touring Cincinnati. Check-in was the worst part of the stay. There was a guest smoking on the front porch right under the no smoking sign. We told the front desk clerk and she told me that some people just won't obey the rules. Her problem to enforce, not mine. Then, we were unable to connect any of our devices to the wi-fi in the first room we were assigned, which was at the far end of a long hallway. I could connect in the lobby and at the near end of the hall, but I could see the number of bars going down as I walked down the hall. Back to the desk. She told me (1) that this was not possible as they had been full over the weekend, and had no complaints (2) all she could do was give me the hotel's tech support number to call. Really??! It took me some pretty serious insisting to get her to move our room to the near end of the hallway, amid much complaining on her part. OK, the rest of the stay was pretty good. Our second room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but good - decent choice of hot and cold items. The neighborhood is basically near-in suburban on a busy E-W road; low-end restaurant chains nearby and a reasonable drive to better options. Despite the proximity, it's not terribly convenient to downtown, but between the construction and the traffic, I don't think there IS a good way to get to downtown Cincinnati. I'd stay there again, but I'd shop around first.

This place is so convenient. Easy valet parking. We self parked in the garage - plenty of spots - but then we saw how quick and easy the valet is so next time we will valet! Location is in a fun area with lots of shops. Easy to get to all the Cincy highlights. It seems like it might be noisy but our room was very quiet at night. They have a small but clean pool, a small but easy and friendly coffee shop, and the front staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little small, but bed was comfy. One note: we only had one USB port in the whole room 😄. Lesson learned: always bring plug-ins for your devices. There were plenty of outlets. The hydrangeas in front of the hotel were so stunning!

I used to stay frequently and then stopped coming for a while because the service wasn't as good but glad I decided o stay again. They have new staff and management and you can tell the difference. Everyone was so kind and friendly and the place was amazingly clean and refreshing. Breakfast was awesome and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Muy buen hotel, la habitación es grande, limpia, el personal es muy amable, la noche es muy tranquila, la variedad del desayuno es buena, el sabor es bueno, hay una lavadora de autoservicio en el primer piso, se puede secar ropa. Hay un supermercado no lejos de la puerta, caminar es fácil, el taxi también es muy conveniente. Llevé a mi hijo a la universidad para una entrevista y me quedé diez días. Me quedaré aquí la próxima vez.
