Excellent location spot. Easy to get around the city.
Hotel and bar staff are great employees.
Con: Hotel rooms can use brighter lighting .
Con: Hotel housekeeper was lacking with cleaning of our room on our last night stay. Refilling the shower dispenser, cleaning of the face bowl and not vacuuming as needed.
She was always on the phone as I walked the floor.
The bed was comfortable. It would
be nice to have a fitted sheets that stay in place on the bed.
The Duvet covers were old and faded.
The filler was absent .
The heating system was performing as excepted . I will stay with this Hotel Brand in the future .

The room with a king bed and sofa bed/couch area works well for us. We like the large area for dining, meeting rooms, and such so we could have family visit us at the hotel when here on our Christmas break. It was also good they left the area with the microwave available to use anytime, especially since we didn't have one in our room to heat up leftovers.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
When the hotel was busy, hot water seemed to be an issue in the morning, but then by late morning there was more hot water. Maybe they need to increase the hot water capacity?
We appreciate the location near I-75 and 275 for traveling to visit family and friends.

Not great. Not terrible.
Pros:
Awesome shower
Easy to access from interstate
Quiet
Great breakfast
Cons:
No microwave in the rooms, even though it was advertised with it.
The pool was DISGUSTING. We couldn't see the bottom, and there was some sort of film on top of the water.
The room was very clean. There was a half-eaten chocolate bar and a dirty fork on the floor.
Overall, average.

I was charged twice because the 3rd party reservation company travelocity/******* did not post payment to the hotel Hyatt. I made the reservation 30 days in advance. Now I have to sit on the phone with management to get my refund.

We were in the area for a all-star cheer competition at the Sharonville Convention Center, I picked the Hyatt simply based on its location and it did not disappoint!
My daughter and I had a great time, the room was great! The hotel is about a 5 minute drive from a few shopping places (T.J. Maxx, Bath and Body Works, etc.) and food places, most importantly to her...Chic-Fil-A!
I defintely recommend the Hyatt :)
