Akses ke lokasi agak jauh dari jalan utama & menanjak, namun cukup landai, area parkiran cukup terbatas mungkin cukup utk 20-25 mobil, area dropoff cukup kecil sehingga harus antri jika sdg ada yg drop, area lounge nyaman & proses checkin smooth, kondisi kamar yg saya tempati cukup bersih (deluxe suite), area kolam agak kurang bersih bnyak dedaunan dikolam dan kolam yg paling kecil airnya keruh & tdk ada area utk anak2 sprti kids corner atau mini playground, overall cukup nyaman

Pengurusan check in terlalu lama... dan tidak dapat memastikan waktunya, device banyak yang tidak dirawat dengan baik, remote AC, beberapa keran yang sudah rusak, dan terkait kebersihan alat lainya (noozel perlu dicek berkala krn berlumut)

warm welcome when I arrived and the check-in process by the reception staff, also helped in friendly way. especially for Mrs. Astrid as GRO that i asked for some request through her. she really helpfull, It was nice to stay here as resort hotel that i didn't expect more. Thanks to all for the service.

This hotel is affordable, this is second time visiting this hotel this month. Very warmth and helpful services. View are very nice too, many spot can be used to take photo for your instagram or tiktok status. Food is delicious, cheap and large.

First time stay at clove garden bandung ! Stay in junior suite , the room was clean and spaciois . Have a lot varian menu in breakfast . Good service from mas anhar , eager to serve and friendly. See you next staycation clove & mas anhar!
