Me encanto, fueron amigables y serviciales, un lugar muy elegante, bien ubicado y limpio, cerca del aeropuerto, sus horarios son muy flexibles, lo recomiendo.
Respuesta del alojamiento: Obrigado por ficar em nosso hotel. Nosso hotel tem um design clássico e é muito relaxante. Os quartos têm 22 m² ou mais. Você também pode ir ao aeroporto de trem (9 minutos) ou de nosso ônibus gratuito (15 minutos). Nosso ônibus oferece transporte para o aeroporto e também do aeroporto para o hotel. Também temos um bom restaurante no primeiro andar que serve comida japonesa autêntica e também comida ocidental. Esperamos atendê-lo novamente em um futuro próximo.

Excellent cleaning service. Room was very clean, comfortable and organized. Very close to KIX airport and hotel offered a convenient shuttle service on time to terminal 1. The people working there very friendly and excellent customer service.

Best for an early morning flight at KIX. Free shuttle bus runs from 5:30 am to either terminal 1 or 2. Nice bedroom and wifi. We didn't have breakfast.

Everything was good, Room is big and free hotel's bus to the airport. Good for family with 4 people.

We offer complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the airport everyday and our bus service to the airport starts at 530 am. You can also take the train. Izumisano Station is the nearest train station to us and it is just two stops from Kansai Airport Station(9-minute ride). We look forward to serving you again in the near future.

Very nice and clean hotel. Its not the newest, but the cleanness of the hotel just amazes me. Especially when there are so many Chinese guests which usually leave a big mess after checkout, gota respect the professionalism of the cleaning team. The breakfast is also good, simple, nothing fancy, but was good breakfast. The only issue was there are a lot of Chinese tourists and they do get very loud at breakfast. Hard to have some "quiet time" during early breakfast. There is also a airport shuttle which save you A LOT of time!

Hotel clean and have a very nice view of Osaka city centre cosmopolitan. Have shuttle bus to the airport and near Food market, can have breakfast inside if didn't buy any breakfast in the hotel.

The room is clean and the surrounding environment is quiet. It is very convenient for airport shuttle bus free of charge. There is a big food supermarket across from hotel. It is fantastic! The location is convenient. Supermarket, drugstore, 7-11 just right infront of hotel. And hotel provide shuttle bus to airport 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, don't have to worry about transport for the early morning flight.

Great! The hotel is conveniently located within short walking distance to restaurants, convenient stores, supermarket. The shuttle service was great too, especially for morning flights.

The free airport shuttle was great! I didn't have to worry getting to the hotel. There is no reservation needed. From 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm hourly schedule. That made it possible for me to do more sightseeing in Kyoto before heading to Kansai International Airport for hotel shuttle pick up. Going to catch my 8:15 flight from KIX was stress free as well as there is a 5:30am airport shuttle! The room I stayed in has a very old world charm! It's quite spacious too. Very crisp white beddings. Very comfortable bed and pulliws. Very soft towels. Many green tea bags provided!
