Hotel looked nothing like the photo, it was rundown and corridors were dim. The pillowcase was stained, shoeprints on the floor. The table lamp was spoilt, the toilet door lock fell out and couldn't be locked, there were sparks in the power outlet when we tried to plug in our charger, aircon was squeaking the whole night and more. Riverview but far from the train station. Cancelled the rest of our stay and found a much better hotel at a lower cost.

The place didn’t match the pictures, the bed was rock hard, the location average and noisy, the service mediocre and the price too high. Would not recommend this place.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Not too far of a walk to the attractions in the city. Lots of great places to eat. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The person (staff #3) who helped us was so lovely!

This place is a little bit old and looks quite different than from the photos. Otherwise is still ok for this price.

Very nice front desk and make everything easy. It’s in a good location to go around different parts of the city. We got the suite and its close to attractions around the city. Thank you for hosting!

The room Was very spacious and the view on the river Was very good. The only problem Was to contact the staff in order to do the check in but this problem was sollen very fast

Everything good for this price except that the bed is very hard and had a hard time getting to sleep well.. Specially thanks to the counter staff (04), very responsive and helpful to our needs. Even go to the extend of assisting us beyond her job scope.. 👏🏼👏🏼

Das Hotel bzw Apartment ist direkt am Chang Jiang gelegen. Man hat eine echt schöne Aussicht auf den Fluss und die gegenüberliegende Skyline. Man muss bedenken, dass die Rezeption nicht direkt im gleichen Gebäude ist, sondern ein paar Meter weiter vorn die Straße runter. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption zeigen einem aber den Weg zum "richtigen" Hotel. Sie sind auch allgemein sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man früh auschecken möchte (so wie ich), kann es allerdings sein, dass man vor verschlossener Tür bei der Rezeption steht. Zögern Sie dann aber nicht, die angehängte Telefonnummer (ist die gleiche wie auf Trip.com hinterlegt) anzurufen. Es kommt dann jemand zum auschecken raus. Das Apartment war schön eingerichtet und ziemlich groß. Womit ich nicht gerechnet hatte, war die Waschmaschine im Apartment (ohne Zusätze !! Muss man selbst mitbringen). Das war ein deutliches Plus. Leider fand ich das Bett total unbequem, sodass ich die beiden Nächte auf der (sehr bequemen) Couch verbracht habe. Auch was die Sauberkeit anging, war das ganze eher "durchwachsen". Die "wichtigen" Räume, also Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Bad waren sauber. In der Küche allerdings hat alles geklebt, sodass ich sie nicht hätte nutzen wollen. Ich hatte außerdem auf einem Regal von einem "Vormieter" noch alte Lebensmittel in der Plastiktüte liegen... Leider konnte ich zwei meiner Fenster nicht schließen, da sie nicht erreichbar waren, was die Umgebungsgeräusche leider immer reingedrückt hat. Alles in allem war es OK als Alleinreisende und für wenige Nächte. Einen ganzen Urlaub würde ich hier jedoch nicht verbringen.

酒店服務很贊03，離各個景點近，方便快捷，價格實惠，衞生打掃及時，環境不錯，周邊打車也很方便，酒店對面就是江邊，很愜意的感覺
