La habitación era espaciosa con un buen baño de tamaño. La entrada fue rápida y cortesía a pesar de llegar 2 horas antes de lo esperado. He pasado 30+ años en la gestión del hotel. Estaba muy contento con esta propiedad. Muy cómodo cama! Dormió muy bien aunque mi habitación estaba justo por Lincoln Ave. No he oído tráfico. El caballero en la mesa fue muy útil. El barrio de Lincoln Park es fantástico. Muy bonito y seguro con bares de blues, tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca del hostel. El centro de Chicago está a 6 kms al sur por lo que es lejos para caminar pero se puede ir en metro o bus sin problema. Las habitaciones son muy básicas y no estaban tan limpias. Los baños no son ensuite (es como un hostel europeo de hace 20 años) Pero cumple su función. El desayuno incluido muy básico. La cocina común y las áreas comunes del hostel muy modernas y limpias. El zoo y el parque lincoln están a 15 minutos caminando. El personal muy amable y eficiente. Sin duda volvería.

El hotel es totalmente inaceptable y la reparación del ascensor no era su prioridad. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable. Este hotel necesita mejorar sus prácticas de accesibilidad y discapacidad, ya que excluyen un gran porcentaje de la población y, por lo tanto, perde a sus clientes.

El hotel es muy bello, limpio, las habitaciones súper cómodas y hermosas. La ubicación es excelente, a 1 cuadra de la Magnificent Mile! El único detalle es que había una manifestación de empleados en la puerta del hotel durante el día y eso generaba mucho ruido. Pero supongo que fue algo excepcional. Lo recomiendo!

La habitacion esta linda y con buena vista en mi caso,,, pero, lanentable la falta de servicio en las habitaciones y limpieza en general. Coincido con la opinion de MM SOSA que estuvo unos meses atras. Lamentablemente , yo habia estado en el hotel de New York antes de la pandemia y era muy bueno. Me encontre con esto,,, que parece un hostel de estudiantes sucio. Una pena que un hotel de 400 habitaciones se descuide de esta manera en tremenda ubicacion ,,,,

Se ve cerca del centro, pero está un poco lejos para caminar. Se tarda al menos 25-30 minutos de ida, pero está más lejos de lo que pensaba.
¡El check-in temprano fue posible de inmediato! Era una habitación con dos camas dobles, pero había dos baños, así que era muy cómoda. Sin embargo, las condiciones de limpieza del baño no estaban tan limpias, así que no quería hacer mandados.

PPMy family and I arrived around 330AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning.

The Night staff was awesome, hospitality was IMPECCABLE! From the receptionist , bellhop helper, security, you name it! I wish I could remember their names but the receptionist was a young African American male about early-mid 20s! The morning crew and afternoon crew need some pointers from the night shift staff because they need some work.
Rooms: 3/5
Our room had 2 full size beds, they were nice and spacious for all 4 of us (3 adults & 1 child). No microwave was an inconvenience but it wasn’t too big of a deal since our short was stay.
Overall I would rate our stay a 4/5 (Would have been 3.5/5 had it not been for the service we experienced when checking in.

MMilosVery good hotel, a bit pricey but overall good restaurant, rude shuttle driver ruined the impression when aggressively insisting on tip and insulting me in spanish when I turned him down. I think management should pay close attention to this person because he’s the first and last staff member to interact with every guest during their stay at this airport hotel. Especially due to the fact there are so many foreign guests coming from countries with different tipping culture

SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating.
There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm.
There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

UUsuario invitadoNo me gustó para nada este hotel. Le urge una remodelación. Se vé viejo y sucio, la habitación olía feo. Demasiado pequeña, hubo que guardar un sillón en el closet para poder poner los velices. La alfombra se veía sucia, había un alambrito de una botella (supongo que de champagne) tirado en una esquina, tenía también una mancha de salsa de pizza; al desdoblar una toalla del baño para usarla, salió una mosca (de las grandes) muerta. No tenían espejo de aumento, que actualmente la mayoría de los hoteles tienen. Tampoco tiene extractor de aire en el baño. Para que limpien el cuarto hay que avisar con 24 horas de anticipación, lo cual hicimos al siguiente día de haber llegado (llegamos a la media noche para amanecer un día sábado), llamamos a housekeeping para pedir el servicio, dijeron que nos anotarían pero que comoquiera avisáramos en el front desk, lo hicimos también pero no fueron a limpiar sino hasta el lunes, después de volver a llamar y reclamar que no habían ido. En cuanto a ubicación, está bien situado, cerca de Magnificent Mile, pero eso es todo. Si no, no le hubiera dado tantas estrellas.

UUsuario invitadoLa experiencia desde el check-in a la check-out fue excelente. El personal fue amable y útil. La ubicación es perfecta porque es el corazón de todo en la Avenida Michigan! Cuando nos fuimos del hotel, las tiendas y los restaurantes estaban por todas partes! Me quedaría aquí de nuevo en el futuro.

UUsuario invitadoAquí me quedé 3 meses en negocios, un gran hotel con gran personal, un gran restaurante junto a la puerta, un buen gimnasio y un gran parque de aparcamiento, un supermercado cercano y un gran servicio de navegación al aeropuerto ORD. Aquí está un hotel de gran valor, aunque excelente suite de esquina.

UUsuario invitadoEstá bien, pero es demasiado viejo, el restaurante sale del trabajo antes de la hora de la noche, y la habitación asignada al azar abre la ventana a la pared opuesta, y no puedes ver ningún paisaje...
