Didn’t change the bedding, didn’t clean the trash bin out, toilet didn’t wash and when ask they didn’t bother to listen. Toilet flush water flow out to the hotel corridor. Awful service

Carpets and couches in reception area were filthy. Dinning are had cockroaches crawling on the walls. Towels were dirty white in colour, did not look like I t was washed properly .

Stayed here for 1 night with friends. Rooms are small and the breakfast is not so good. Location is amazing. Well connected with public transportation too.

Breakfast was very mediocre in taste … the semia upma was uncooked and in some places was just plain flour … Bread pudding was devoid of even the minimal sugar … the so called hot coffee seemed colder than most cold hearted souls …

While I am staying in the hotel I don't like the receptionist's behaviour. She doesn't know how to greet customers showing her rude face. And while living in the room I ring the reception that I need 2 plate to eat food they said they will bring but I waited for a long time finally I went down to the kitchen area and got the plate. In my room the shower as been broken. Before letting the customer in, the inspection team needs to check everything after that they need to allocate the room for the customer.

This is a corporate travel kind of hotel. Not apt for couples as the rooms are very small and amenities are limited.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable .Overall good!

The breakfast buffet was good and the housekeeping and restaurant staff were very helpful. Cleanliness is an issue though. There were stains on the carpet, bedding and towels and maintenance of the rooms is lacking.

Good and clean business hotel. A bit far from the city but close to the IT corridor.

Due to construction of Metro, a bit congested and road crossing closed. Upset because there are many restaurants opposite

Not suitable for family stay, ideal for business travellers. Service very poor. Can't connect to WiFi, flushing in the toilet not at all working. Help desk Keep giving lots of reasons.

Very decent stay and hotel facilities are very modern and preferred for Business Travellers
