One of a great hotels in Chennai. 10 mins away from shopping and restaurant by taxi. Staffs from the entrance, to the front desk, the waiters/waitress together with the house keeping staffs and not forgetting the technicians they were all super friendly and attentive.
Rooms are spacious and nice.
Overall we had a great stay and will surely stay here again for our next visit to Chennai.

Grand Chennai by GRT is strategic location if you are looking for a place in centre of town. Pondi Baazar is walking distance. We a had a good stay overall.

The housekeeping staff were accommodative and ensured that I had all the amenities for my stay. The chef always checked and wished me during breakfast and recommended several dishes to try. The reception staff and staff at the travel service were accommodative to the changes in flight schedule and were pleasant . I also indulged in a Spa session and it was out of the world. All my body pains were dealt with and was eased into a state of rest. It was a wonderful experience and the all the staff at GRT made my trip an enjoyable and memorable one.

Service and the staffs were v friendly and helpful. Especially the staffs from the breakfast corner . V pleasant and welcoming .
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there too .

Our group was fairly comfortable. The staff worked hard.The rooms were pretty much worn. Most of the light switches in my room were damaged. The dining is geared towards non vegetarians. The general aesthetic was a bit too gaudy. Finally we lost a pair of pants in the laundry. We probably would not pick GRT again in the future.
