It's in the center of the city, and there are many shops around, so it's fun. The hotel staff also gives excellent service to the guests. The shower room doesn't drain well. It gets clogged. There is shampoo and body soap, but there is no hair conditioner. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. It's a wonderful hotel, so I'd like to recommend it. The service is just wonderful!

La habitación es muy común, pero el servicio es de primera clase

整體來説是家不錯的酒店,服務態度很好,環境也不錯，床鋪得好平整，衞生乾淨,設施齊全,周圍好吃的也挺多的，有個龍橋市場，裏面16:00左右有好多小吃和鹵味，買個水果吃個飯都挺近的,他們家1樓還有洗衣房，烘乾機和掛燙機洗衣服方便,直線1公里左右有成都比較大型的奧特萊斯，各大牌都有，很適合下午沒事去逛逛，附近也有公交站和地鐵，交通便利,大堂還有充電寶可以用，一點都不用擔心手機會沒電,床墊枕頭睡着都很舒服，房間整潔,他們家餐廳裏的自助麪條很不錯,炒的臊子好吃，前台服務員也熱心推薦了讓我們去嘗一下如家這碗麪她們説如家這碗麪就是餐廳裏的去嚐了一下挺不錯了,餐廳大姐也很和藹可親,特別進來才到前台的時候服務員都很禮貌都有問好,如家越做越好越做越棒了!以後有機會定還會回來他們家住的,出差旅遊首選如家給她們點贊推薦大家和朋友一起來玩訂這家酒店,這是我近期住過性價比最高的一家酒店,值得入住。

Muchos de los canales de la televisión no funcionaron lo que era raro porque trabajaban en todos los otros hoteles que me quedé en Chengdu. La habitación original que me dieron estaba en un piso superior pero miraba justo en el edificio residencial cerca de la puerta, por lo que no podía abrir las cortinas por lo que pedí un cambio de habitación. La nueva era mejor ubicación, pero las ventanas eran muy sucias como si nunca se hubieran limpiado.
La ubicación es buena si quieres explorar la calle xuanzhai pero ten cuidado hay un montón de turistas.

Todo el pueblo me ha ido casi en cada rincón, en realidad no es muy grande. Pero porque no hay mucho espacio, el pueblo hace lo que el diseño del paisaje es bueno. No hay televisión, pero se organizan actividades día y noche, se toman los caballos y las tumbas a la tarde, se iban a ver los incendios de la noche y se bajaron los días de regreso a la selva. Así que todo el viaje no se sentía muy aburrido, sino que se sentía muy relajado y agradable. JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

OOrion24I liked my stay at this Hotel but above all their hotel stuff is really nice and resourceful. They provided me with a free airport pickup and drop off even though I had arrived late at night in Chengdu. Also the rooms also are really nice, I would recommend anyone to come and visit this hotel.
