The owner was very kind and friendly. She upgraded the room for our family. The hotel was cozy and nice. We enjoyed our stays.

Excellent service by the lady boss. The location is great & strategic, right in the ancient city itself & and yet offer quiet evening and avoided the crowds in the day. Authentic Coffee is also available. Found a homestay that’s inside the ancient city that retains its charm and originality

Hotel manager was friendly and laid back, which gave a relaxed guesthouse feeling. However, when I asked for a drink from the extensive cocktail menu, I was told that she didn’t know how to make any of the drinks. I asked if I could make my own, to which she agreed; an out of date bottle of whiskey and a bottle of cola from the floor was my only option. At check out, to my surprise, I was charged 48 yuan for this out of date drink that I had to make myself. The hotel itself was a little run down and in need of a deep clean and a little refurbishment in places. Bed not comfortable, AC in room not powerful enough to really warm the room up. Wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent stay. Friendly stuff, gorgeous cats. It is a very convenient location within the town. Do not expect 5* facility for this price range. Tasty coffee in the bar, try it!
