Si quieres que limpien la habitación debes solicitarlo cada dia en recepción. El primer dia no nos avisaron y el segundo dia que lo solicitamos no lo hicieron. En cuatro noches solo limpiaron una vez y poco. La climatización hace mucho ruido, y también se oye muchísmo las habitaciones superiores. En recepción no te ayudan a conseguir un taxi. Tienen un telefono al lado de la recepción solo para que realices esta gestión, pero has de hacerlo tú directamente, por lo que si tienes alguna dificultad con el idioma resulta complicado.

I stayed here in March, I previously reviewed this place but I believe it's had a refresh, it's made no difference. I stayed in a Plus room which wasn't cheap even with no breakfast. In short it's really not great. The auto check in machines don't work so there was sizeable queue at check in. The room is not clean, it clearly isn't cleaned properly and was looking tatty. There is dust and I guess human skin under the bed and down the side of the fridge was disgusting. There were stains on the carpet and mould in the bathroom. Repairs had been bodged and the door stop was hanging off. I emailed a complaint, got an automatic reply stating I would hear within 5 days .....and of course heard nothing. Tells you all you need to know about their attitude to customers.

This hotel has spent a lot on upgrading its social spaces but they need to spend more on upgrading the rooms! We stayed in 103, The Bathroom was mouldy! it smelt like B.O! There was filler on the wall! Blue tak on the TV clearly not cleaned from the last guest and lastly the Tea and coffee was not filled! such a shame as we stayed in the Brentwood one the week before and it was 100% better then this hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a breakdown outside the hotel and the staff were very helpful and co-operative. We were ensured that my car is safe on the road. We could still carry on with our night out without worrying about the car which was left on double yellow lines.

Most comfortable beds ever. Staff were amazing, especially Giulio who made the most amazing hot chocolate, and even came off his break to make me one. We had food in the restaurant, service and food were very good. Good choice of food for breakfast. Would definitely stay at this Premier Inn again, bonus that the train station is literally 3 minutes walk away.

We stayed for my wedding we had three rooms one night and four the second night. They upgraded me and decorated the room so beautifully for my wedding night. The staff went over and above for us They helped with our party Photo Booth props and everything. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. So please will definitely return soon. Wow 110% service and all so friendly. So happy Carol x

Recently returned from a 2 night stay with 2 young kids. The hotel is a perfect location for Ninja Warrior, Air Hop and Swimming Pool / Ice Rink plus city centre. There is a brand new dining area / bar which is open till late. The unlimited breakfasts were very well received. The highlight was the 5 star service from all the staff including Gulio and the super friendly female staff on the day shift who makes amazing toasties. Richard, Sammie, Lizzie & James.
