Nice hotel for the price, staff very friendly and helpful from front desk, to cleaning staffs and maintenance. I will book here again. Close to the airport.

Vivimos a casi 2 horas y nos quedamos en Sleep Inn & Suites para que nuestra familia de 4 pudiera dormir un poco antes de un vuelo de la mañana temprano fuera de BUF. Reservamos un cuarto y un paquete de estacionamiento, que nos permitió dejar nuestro coche en el hotel para un precio que ascendía a la mitad de lo que habríamos pagado para estacionarlo en el aeropuerto. La habitación (normal, 2 camas dobles) no era guapa, y la ducha era muy pequeña, pero era limpia, cómoda y tranquila, y todo estaba en buen orden de trabajo. El hotel es cómodo y saludable, tiene un restaurante de buffet chino en 19 minutos de coche, que ofrece una gran comodidad para los chinos que se desplazan.

¡Qué agradable es ir, el lugar era limpio y tranquilo! El servicio de navegación era excelente, ya que no conocíamos la zona y necesitamos movernos sin problemas.

We paid about $530 for 2 nights in this hotel in Buffalo, NY. One should be able to expect a decent room for such a price. Although the staff were friendly enough, our room was quite gross. MANY stains on the wall to wall carpet. The curtain was ripped and stained. There was mold in the shower and there was a problem with the sink drain. I fear what an infrared light would show in this room. The breakfast was fair. Coffee was mediocre - too strong with funny taste. Rather than including the wifi password with your keys on the little card, you had to ask. The first night, we called the front desk to complain and were told they would “check into it” and then they never got back to us. Quite honestly, I have NO IDEA how the rating for this place is as high as it is. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

We called the front desk and Assistant GM Tiffany Melendez(tmelendez@buffalolodging) first told us that the whirlpool will work once it is filled with water. It did not work then we called again, she now tells us that all the jets are non-functional and it is the case in all the Deluxe rooms. We told her that the website does not say that the whirlpool is non functional, this is a clear case of false advertisement. She now told us that all the jet's bathtubs are due for a renovation. We requested her for a refund because they had charged us for the King Bed Deluxe Room with Whirlpool, which we never got. Moreover, the Assistant GM kept telling us new reasons for not having the jets working, when we asked for an email to write to she gave us her own email ID. I would expect some professionalism and empathy from the staff of Hilton.

The room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable bed. I stayed on the 2nd floor and although you can hear people walking quite loudly on the floor above, it was still a pleasurable stay. Breakfast was great, and the attendant was incredibly kind and friendly!! Great staff.
