Smooth check in!!! Loredana was great at the reception , Rooms were clean , no hassles through the stay , waived off parking fee too for the whole stay which was a nice perk to have , would come back again to stay here definitely , Kudos to the team

We had issues with the ventilation in our room which was reported to reception. After 1st night asked to be moved but told no rooms available. Complained again at checkout after night 2 and complaint was acknowledged when they offered to refund our parking (already free) and free breakfast (didn’t have time). When I complained online they dragged their heels (what a surprise) and declined my good nights sleep guarantee saying the hotel had no record of complaints. When I asked them to review the CCTV from the reception desk (that had audio) they said they couldn’t as it had been overwritten. I have asked for a senior manager to review the case and they have refused . Would I stay here again - NEVER 🤬

The stay at this hotel was outstanding. Loredana welcomed us in and really made an effort even though there was a new computer system to master.Our room was first class and we had a great nights sleep. Will recommend staying here to all our friends. Also breakfast was fantastic.

First of all there was something wrong with the room and we noticed in our last 2 days and we didn't bother at that moment to raise the issue,it was something with the humidity in the room that if we left clothes on the bed or wardrobe there where getting wet because of the humidity in the room,the room was on the ground floor so must be a problem with the mold underneath the floor or something like that ,also we've seen it on the wall some staines from mold covered with paint,that's the 1st problem. The second one was the noise ,very early in the morning kids screaming on the hallway ,doors banging at 7-7:30 on a saturday morning. And the evening as well,it was well past midnight and the people just didn't care , hiting the walls and soothing ,banging doors . In our last 2 days we didn't get any good sleep at all.

Loredana was fantastic at checking us in, even though the system was new and slow. She was polite and patient with the system and chatted to us about our stay. Room was very clean and tidy. Beds were soft and comfy. The room was a good temperature when we arrived.

Room dirty took over 29 minutes to. Check in bathroom did not lock. Rooms not on the same floor. Milk provided in the room off. The rooms were tired and worn, flakes if paint coming of the walks and the window dirty. This is the worse Premier inn I stayed in

A very standard Premier Inn room. With bath, no air con and window open only a small amount. Bathroom needs redecoration. Bed comfortable and fairly quiet. Was suprised they put a single woman on the ground floor though, I thought that was against policy. No USB socket anywhere. Parking easily available but costs £5 a day.

This Premier Inn is one we always stay in when visiting family or on a trip to London. The staff are very friendly and no request too small. We did only have one towel so asked for another and no trouble at all. The Brewers Fayre attached has unfortunately gone down hill the last few times we have visited but the breakfast was hot and tasty

Always we choose premier inn . Room nice and clean . Good service and everything what uou need for your stay. The stuff are friendly , always there to help when needed. Receptionist Loredana Nice and well prepared to make you feel welcomed on arrival. Definitely recommend this hotel!!!!
