Hotel con una ubicación estratégica, muy cerca de la estación de Gambir y Monas. Las instalaciones del hotel también son muy completas, me gustan mucho sus instalaciones, sobre todo la pista de tenis, a un precio razonable pero poder utilizar las instalaciones de tenis es sin duda un atractivo para mí.

Good hotel and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was disappointing. All the main dishes had gone by 9:10am and we were told there wouldn't be anymore. Limited choice of cereals and fruit

Aquí está el hotel, y me envié un email para confirmar mi reserva, ya que voy a llegar de los países de ultramar y recibí una confirmación rápida. La ubicación es excelente. Sólo a 1 km y caminable a Plaza Indonesia y Tanah Abang Mall. Sarinah Mall, Bundaran HI MRT Stn y la ruta de la mañana libre de Jakarta Car estaban prácticamente en la puerta del hotel. La habitación era bastante espaciosa con cama super cómoda. La única chimenea era el baño de pared de vidrio. Cuando mi compañero de habitación fue al baño a la noche y cambió de luz, me despertaré. Changed 4 times before we settled in our room. At first, they put us in the old unrenovated room that smelly and feels very much creepy. Then they so called upgrade to deluxe room which also very creepy with strong damp carpets smell. At last, we have to top up almost double the amount we paid just to move to the renovated floor. They should have just tell us from the beginning instead if wasting almost an hour for us to go up and down to change room at almost 11pm! Hospitality & service of the housekeeping, bell boys & restaurant staff are excellent, but the from office could be better. Close by museum, Monas, easy to get taxi.

Me alojé recientemente en este hotel y superó todas mis expectativas. Desde el momento en que entré, el personal fue increíblemente acogedor y atento, haciéndome sentir como en casa. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y hermosamente decorada, y ofrecía impresionantes vistas de la ciudad. Las comodidades eran de primera categoría, desde la lujosa ropa de cama hasta el gimnasio bien equipado y las instalaciones de spa. Las opciones gastronómicas del hotel eran excepcionales, con una variedad de platos deliciosos para elegir. En general, mi experiencia en el hotel fue excelente y no puedo esperar a volver para otra estadía. Muchas gracias.

I celebrated my friend’s birthday at this hotel. We spent the night watching Netflix, enjoying delicious coffee and food that perfectly complemented the cozy atmosphere of our gathering.

Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

Excellent service and hotel hardware is wonderful though it's bit old . Will come back.

Excellent location with exceptional service. Everyone from the person welcoming us  at the entrance upon arrival to the last person who bid us goodbye had done so sincerely with a smile. Will definitely come back to stay!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was absolutely impeccable. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk with a refreshing drink and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room overlooking Bandaran. Upon entering our room, we found a thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting for us. One evening, while dining at the hotel restaurant, they delighted us yet again with a special anniversary cake. There wasn’t a single thing I could fault about this hotel—service, location, and ambiance were all perfect. A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer, Shifa, Yani, Palma, and Salvina for their exceptional care throughout our stay!
