Service form the hotel was excellent. Ac was go trip on the early morning around 2am. As soon as the complaint was registered on the reception, service boy came and tried to start. He found it was tripped on overload he gave another room to sleep. Secondly the area was very congested and the parking was paid. When we rise the concern about adding the parking amount in the booking so that the discomfort of paying for parking by the guest can be avoided. The hotel manager consulted the management they returned the parking fee for me.

There were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

Check in was seamless, staff is very cooperative, hygiene was good, room was spacious. Although i checked in late at night and was traveling alone, so the staff made sure i reached hotel safe ( since booking was on the name of a female) which made me specially write this review. Overall a very pleasant experience. Room looks exactly as shown in pictures.

The hotel has an outstanding location. Very supportive and pleasing staff. Mr nitin front desk manager had been very helpful and cooperative, he made all genuine efforts to make the stay comfortable. Food, and market are all near the hotel. A very good family hotel in a reasonable tariff. Foods from outside are allowed and the staff happily provides serving cutlery.
