Lo que más nos ha gustado es el trato del personal del hotel. Son todos muy amables y serviciales. Quiero destacar y reconocer la ayuda y amabilidad del Sr. Lázaro, el cual siempre nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos (habla varios idiomas). El hotel está situado junto a una entrada de metro, que en unos 15 minutos te acerca a los primeros sitios de interés. El hotel es moderno y sus instalaciones de ocio (piscina, boliche/bolos) están muy bien. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Nosotros viajamos con un bebé y el servicio de cuna en la habitación es bueno. El desayuno es muy completo aunque tardan mucho en reponer cuando algo se acaba. Seguro que volveríamos a este hotel! Gracias a todo el personal!

Me alojé el fin de semana pasado por primera vez y, en general, mi estancia fue muy agradable. Excelente ubicación si desea asistir a un concierto/evento en el estadio O2, al que puede llegar a pie fácilmente en unos 30 minutos (o tomar 1 parada de autobús y caminar unos 5-10 minutos). El centro comercial también está literalmente al lado del estadio O2. Excelente conexión de transporte público con una parada de autobús al metro a solo un par de minutos (2 paradas de autobús al metro), recomiendo descargar la aplicación PID (estará en inglés) para obtener conexiones exactas y comprar boletos para viajar en Praga. Wi-fi en el hotel fue rápido y muy apreciado, al igual que el ascensor porque estábamos en el 4to piso. No vi el restaurante / bar abierto (si está en la misma área que el desayuno) y nunca pregunté, así que no puedo comentar. Esta parte de Praga es bastante residencial, tengo la sensación de que incluso el hotel solía ser un bloque de pisos antes de ser un hotel. Nuestra habitación estaba bien, aunque un poco ”cansada” (401), pero en general era lo suficientemente práctica con una pequeña nevera que incluía un pequeño compartimento congelador, tetera, algunas bolsitas de té, cucharillas y también copas de vino. Las toallas estaban limpias, la cama era cómoda. Disfruté de la vista del centro comercial y del estadio O2, etc. Los trenes que pasaban eran bastante agradables de escuchar. El agua de la ducha estaba fría al principio, pero se calentó un poco después, así que supongo que debe ser la presión. No estoy seguro. El desayuno era muy bueno, y de nuevo suficiente, bastantes opciones de embutidos, queso, huevos duros, verduras, mermeladas, miel, queso para untar, pan y pan dulce, y panecillos, tostadas, cereales, frutas; La selección de comida caliente consistía en frijoles horneados, perritos calientes y verduras al vapor. El café se dispensa de una máquina de café, era bastante espumoso pero aún así era agradable y sabroso. Leche, té y 2 jugos diferentes también estaban disponibles. ¡También hay una piscina fabby (incl. jacuzzi) en el hotel! Hotel is situated nearby shopping mall. In the shopping malls is available coffee shops, food corner, bread shop , supermarket BILLA and so on. It’s very convenient. Direct from shopping malls is entrance to underground. Parallel on the streets is tram stops. With underground, or tram is very easy and quickly achievable old down town Prague. Fitness and wellness is free of charge in shopping mall. Breakfast was typical Europe style. Rooms are very well accommodate. This hotel is very well choice for staying in Prague.

A quiet tucked away but quality hotel. Like something out of a time warp Hotel Villa is a great quality hotel which would suit older, reserved clientele as it’s respectable and in a quiet area. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The restaurant is very clean and serves good food. It has parking and a nice terrace garden there are balconies to sit on and a small bar. Only downsides are a lengthy walk from the nearest Metro station and No te/coffee making facilities in the room. The staff are very professional and helpful. It’s not really for young people or families but that’s only my opinion. Must be nice in the summer. Be careful as my bedroom had a roof insert so I couldn’t get round the bed with ease.

La asistencia desde el momento en que entras al hotel es perfecta, en especial estoy muy agradecido con el GM quien generosamente tomó tiempo para solucionar mis preguntas y recomendarme lugares para visitar, muchas gracias, no recuerdo su nombre pero es de pelo mono. El cuarto estaba muy bien aseado y el desayuno estaba delicioso. Me quedo con muchas ganas de regresar.

데스크 사람들이 아주 친절하다ㆍ호텔 위치는 트렘이 호텔 앞쪽 뒤쪽으로 200ㅡ300미터 안에 있고 대형쇼핑몰이 있다ㆍ지하철역도 40미터 정도로 걸어서 5분거리라 구시가지 중심이동하는데 문제가 없다ㆍ오히려 한 15분정도 트렘타고 가면서 여행하는 즐거움이 있다ㆍ우리는 데스크칙원이 룸을 업그레이드 해줘서 스위트룸에 묵었다ㆍ베란다가 있어서 너무 좋았고 감사하다 ㆍ

La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.
1. ) El Hilton tiene un jardín de cerveza. Si su habitación se enfrenta a este jardín de cerveza, olvídalo de cualquier oportunidad de dormir. El jardín de cerveza está abierto los días de la semana hasta la medianoche y la música de la fiesta hará imposible dormir! Bien hecho, Hilton manejo.
2. ) En nuestra habitación reservada DELUXE (a un coste más alto) no funcionaba un único canal de televisión. Y los pantalones de baño no estaban allí, nos dijeron que teníamos que pedir pantalones de baño. Por desgracia, se olvidaron de decirnos esto.
En total, una terrible experiencia de dos noches: música de fiesta hasta medianoche, no un único canal de televisión que trabaja y caminando a pie a través del hotel en el camino al spa.
¡Lo siento, nunca más! elige otro lugar con un mejor servicio (y será más barato en la parte superior)!

El hotel Aura Prague design & garden pool es un hotel con una suave ambigüedad de escritura.
