For the most part my stays are usually pretty decent...my last 2 stays NOT so...my last stay 4/2-4/3 was NOT good at all...very uncomfortable.alot of grit and throughout the floor BUT MOST NOTABLY I spent most of the evening chasing roaches of all sizes...I informed the am customer service personel.she informed me that a possible refund may happen and she would inform management BUT there has yet to be any kind of a ton taken to date? At least NONE that I am aware of? Also my Stay 3/21-3/23.The wknd prior my I had key issues which resulted in the switching of my room at the last minute.the room was NOT entirely Sanitary.i ended up purchasing cleaning supplies of my own so that I may be comfortable.the shower was partially disabled and the heating unit wasn't functioning properly.

Llegando el primer dia me entregaron una habitacion que no tenia agua caliente y la tina de baño flotaba mucho el agua, me cambiaron a otra habitacion para solucionar ese problema. Al siguiente dia decidi que darme una noche mas. Y me estuvieron molestando. Mucho tenian un descontrol en su administracion. Que decian que no habia pagado y ya el servicio estaba pagado y como no reactivaron esa informacion. Las personas de limpieza a cada rato iban y se metian a mi habitacion, interrunpiendo mi privacidad que porque la habitacion mostraba check out, fue muy incomoda para mi esa citiacion

Bueno mi reserva fue echa pagando en el hotel y cuando llegue una mujer gritando q me fuera de allí q no tenía reserva echa tuve q dar vueltas 6 horas buscando hotel

This rooms in this hotel has plenty of space and a high level of comfort for the price I paid. I recommend this hotel as a place to stay for anyone who takes a trip to Baltimore or is stranded and has to spend at least one night here.

Unsafe neighborhood, room service came and refreshed towels, but did not remake bed and did not restock toilet paper, screw points poking through one side of wall, safe was broken, toilet was positioned almost underneath sink, no fridge/microwave/coffee maker as those are only in studio at motel six And this is not very well advertised on ******* or other websites. Ice machine unplugged.

The check in was fine but once in the room there was no microwave nor fridge. The outlets in the room didn't work so charging my phone wasn't an option.
When asking the front desk where I could heat up my food, I was told I would have to pay $10 to get a room with a microwave then was told I couldn't because I reserved a room with Motel 6. Very difficult process.

The pictures of our place looked like it had a microwave and refrigerator. Very frustrated to find out it didn't. After a long day out went to take a shower, and no hot water. Had to wait until morning to have hot water for a bath.

Room dirty. Dead bugs on floor. Saw 3 roaches. No remote for t.v. Loud people early hours in the morning. Will never stay again. EVER. Stay away from the lower level rooms. No mini fridge or microwave. Glad i only stayed for one night.
