We really enjoyed our stay - too bad it was only one night! The view is fantastic and the food in the restaurant is amazing. One of our favourite hotels in Sardinia!

Their views are amazing overlooking the sea and town of castelsarda. The beds were very comfortable. However, as an interior designer, the whole property needs an overhaul. Paint colors, furniture, all out dated. Reception, bar and dining area cluttered, mismatched and disorganized. Pool and patio furniture mismatched and shabby. All needs to be replaced and updated. In our room much the same. Garish yellow paint in the bathroom, mauve walls (1980s much??) and red leather and curtains in the bedroom. Bathrobes and towels were almost threadbare. However the Bedding was amazing as was the bed. The bathrooms also felt cheap—our shower drain didn’t drain fast enough so we were standing in an inch or more of water while showering. The grounds are incredible but all the other details need to be improved to make this place feel luxurious not like a cheap Las Vegas hotel. Restaurant was pretentious and not all that great in spite of their Michelin rating. That being said, the view from our patio and the serenity watching sunrise and super moon rise made everything of no importance. This property is one of a kind. It could perfect.

This hotel is located on top of a hill and provides awesome views into the landscape. Garden and pool are great as well. Even in high season, the pool was never very crowded, insofar we enjoyed our time in a relaxing a**osphere. The hotel is built modern, stylish and bright. At reception desk you are being welcomed with professional friendliness. Questions or hints were always being taken care of immediately. We didn’t miss anything at breakfast and the hotel’s staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms are located separate from the hotel reception in tiny houses, which are spread over a wider area of the hotel‘s vicinity. From the terrace we enjoyed a great view as well. In contrast to the modern and well designed hotel reception-, breakfast-, dinner- and pool area and a**osphere, our room has been very disappointing. The rooms look like from a different time and hotel. Nothing of our rooms furniture fitted together. Neither furniture parts itself, style nor colors or the room. We had for instance a business styled desk combined with an antique, very soft and old chair. The wardrobe had only one small sliding door which meant, it was always two- thirds open. Sure, these things may not be very important and a subjective perception however, this hotels claims to be 4 Stars Superior. Therefore, we expect that room and bathroom are as well perfect, modern and harmonized.

This hotel is located on top of a hill. It offers awesome views into the landscape, the Mediterranean sea and Castelsardo. Garden and pool are perfectly situated and well maintained. Even in high season, the pool area was never much populated and insofar, really relaxing. At reception desk you are being served with professional friendliness. Breakfast as it could have been expected. The rooms are located slightly separate from the hotel building, in tiny houses which spread in a wider area of the hotel’s vicinity. In general a very nice idea. HOWEVER, on contrast to the hotel area itself, the rooms look like from a different time and hotel. Furniture, design and colors don’t fit together at all. We rate the room maximum with disappointing 3 stars.

My Wife and I stayed here for 9 nights from 8th July 2023. Having booked the whole trip Including transfers on EasyJet holidays we were whisked by private minivan from Olivia airport in a title over 90 minutes. We were greeted on arrival by a gentlemen who many others call out upon staying here - Ben who throughout our holiday was a credit to the hotel and so friendly efficient and welcoming as indeed were so many other of his colleagues. We were shown to the small Terrace overlooking the pool and gardens and welcomed with an upgraded room and two chilled flutes of. Prosecco. We stayed in the beautiful Superior Junior Suite - room 23, which is part of a block of three rooms down a steep slope from the Reception level. Our room, which housekeeping kept clean every day was large and fry almost like a “boathouse” in style with a wooden slopes ceiling, large double bed and walk in shower with Rainfall head. Our outdoor balcony have us a beautiful view down over fields and deep valleys to pretty Castelsardo village about 1.5kms away by road. If you decide against hiring a car, as we did, the hotel provides a free shuttle from 10 am to a local beach in a Bagnu. We paid the €10 per trip to into the town to meet a couple we know who were staying. Upon a quick phone call the hotel sent a car or mini van to take us home allowing us to visit so many other things including the Town beach in Castelsardo as well as a great snorkelling trip at The Se Project from the local port area. Both are worth checking out. We dined in the hotel on our first and last nights and ate beautiful fish dishes which the hotel specialises in. The in house Sommeliers are knowledgeable and will help you select from their varied wine cellars. Local Beers by the bottle are also available and can be served around the pool. Thank you to Tony who served us with a smile throughout our holiday. Saturday and Fridays are often busy in the restaurant with local couples and small groups coming for Dinner so worth reserving a table at Reception. Sunset was about 9 pm whilst we were there. Breakfast was a decent selection including fresh melon pineapple and other fruits, cereal, yoghurts as well as hot and sweet selections. Hot drinks and eggs (scrambled or boiled) or omelettes to order were always served with a smile by the ladies. As I said in the title this is a resort to kick back enjoy the views and relax in well appointed rooms and enjoy the food. Many other guests seemed to use the hotel as a base to explore the area. We also wen with our friends to a wine tasting at one of the many local wineries. The hotel even has its own Vines! The hotel is up a very steep slope and with no walkable path into town you should either budget for car hire or the hotel shuttle. The pool area is clean with a small Pool with integrated jacuzzi with two standalone whirlpools in the hotel grounds. Highly recommended Thank you to the whole team for a lovely holiday in the heatwav
