Hotel en el centro de Cape Town que te permite llegar rápido a cualquier lugar
Calidad precio excelente y camas cómodas personal muy amable te ayudan para poder hacer fue estancia mucho mejor

Las habitaciones están muy bien, sobre todo las exteriores y el personal de recepción, seguridad y limpieza fenomenal. Buena ubicación en una zona con buenos lugares para tomar una cerveza cenar y escuchar música en directo los fines de semana.

We have been staying here for several years and I have to say that sadly this hotel has lost its personal connection with guests. We didn’t feel like returning guests but more like strangers and it was purely business from the hotel. We have such wonderful memories here sadly clouded by new staff who have no idea how to connect.

A wonderful hotel with great service and beautiful decor. The staff are professional and friendly. The hotel is near Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront which makes it a great location for traveling around the city . The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. There is a private parking lot but with extra fee. The breakfast is super delicious. The only thing I did not like was music playing in the hallway till late at night. It’s very distracting.
I really enjoyed my stay there and will hopefully return soon!

I will start with a negative. Attached, please find Trip.Com details which confirms Airport pick up and drop off with an extra fee. Attached, a copy of my request as well. I waited at the Airport and nobody was there to fetch me. My friend phone the hotel and they told her that you don't have this service. Luckily, I know people in Cape Town. I think to prevent negative ratings in future, you need to take away the false details on Trip.Com
All staff wasfriendly and always helpful. I love the Breakfast. The most beautiful hotel I've been in South Africa.
The food at the restaurant was delicious and I loved the atmosphere there. The music was Great.

This is a pleasant place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable with a good view. All staff are polite and willing to help. It is close to town and convenient to go around and to get meals.
