Bintana sa Paraiso Binunsaran

Fue increíble, me encanta el lugar, hacía un poco de frío, pero de hecho es un Paraíso con vista y muy relajante. Seguramente puedo recomendar el lugar, las habitaciones son maravillosas, muy elegantes para el gusto y gusto de todos. Hay muchos lugares donde puedes toma, puedes tomar fotos

Our stay in BSP Binunsaran was superb as we were met by amazing, kind and hardworking staff. The amenities were great too as we enjoyed candlelight dining in the nest, dipping in the pool area and also enjoyed the kawa bath. Not to mention the great view and the beautiful cold breeze as it is located in the Mountain. During our arrival, we were picked up by Manong Boying in the port and took us to BSP for check-in. Then he took as to Katibawasan Falls and also to a nearby restaurant Utopia which has an amazing view at sunset. The next 2 days we were guided by Sir Chito to majority of the tourits attractions such as the White Island, Ardent Hot Springs, Tongatok Viewpoint, Old Church Ruins, Walkway to Old Volcano, Sunken Cemetery, Sto Nino Cold Spring, Tuasan Falls and lastly the Mantigue Island. He even joined us in our tour in Mantigue Island as we wanted to ensure our kids are safe and we needed someone who is a good swimmer and an additional guide. Good thing we have Sir Chito as there were lack of guides in Mantigue as we were only given 1 guide instead of 2 for 5 people (3 adu)ts and 2 kids) For those who would like to come to Camiguin, dont hesitate to book now! We missed the Lanzones Season though as they said its during the BER months and they hold the Lanzones Festival in October. Also, dont expect too high since its in a mountainous area and the island is really well protected by the Government. So if you are comparing it to hotels or modern resorts in other provinces, please don't. There were instances where there were blackouts for a few minutes and also weak Internet or cellphone signal which should be expected. They have generators though which is good. We were glad that we booked them earlier this year at the Travel Expo in SMX as we got a package tour with them together with the Family Room w/ pool. We want to thank Sir JR, Sir Chito and to all the other staff who made our trip a memorable one. Wishing you all more power and success in the future!

Bintana sa Paraiso is blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Waking up with a breathtaking mountain view each morning was the highlight of our stay, the view alone are worth every moment of your stay😍 Will surely bring my family again😍

It was a nice place, very cold, good for a new couple, the staff was very approachable, friendly, and patient, especially our tour guide driver Sir Chito we learned a lot from him, and guided us we’re to pay, how much, what place, etc, Sir Jay, the FO manager, and Sir Anton the waiter and the other staff as well. Our stay was smooth and relaxing because of them. Thank you so much. Though the food was expensive at least it was yummy.

The bed is bog and very comfortable. Slept like a baby every night The mountainous ambiance is very calming Their food was really good! Personal fave was the Thai Chicken Superb staff service. They go over and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Apart from the pool there’s also the kawa that I really enjoyed!

The place is really peaceful, relaxing and got that amazing view overlooking mambajao and white island. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Got excellent wifi. Their food is good as well if you want to order room service, pizza, pasta and some Filipino food on their menu. They will deliver it anywhere you would want to eat in the area. And also if want q request like surprises for your love once, they can assisst you. The over all experience was peaceful and great.

Their food is good as well if you want to order room service, pizza, pasta and some Filipino food on their menu. By the way, they will deliver it anywhere you would want to eat in the area. Maybe because it was low season, their pool was under maintenance and they yet have to clean it. Some of the facilities where if not under repair, it needs repair. Our hut got some holes on it and water dripped when it rained. The over all experience was peaceful and great.

But if I didn’t have this upgrade will be 3 stars, why?, because I think there is missing someone that take care of the details, can be so much nicer with very less effort. For example, I took trash around the swimming pool, how can this be possible, I did because shock my eyes to see like that, so nice place with trash around. The room on 2 floor with 2 queen bed with amazing views, Those curtains that are high to the ground and don't cover the light and are so unpleasant. The breakfast so poor, but good thing they bring wherever you want to be served, in a nest, in the common dining room, on your balcony at no cost. Maybe is because is low season that was like little abandoned but I must say the price is on offer but still I think is too expensive. The top plus are the receptionist, I can name Jay, he help us a lot by wasap, he is very kind and polite, bravo for him and the team.

We had three rooms booked for a family reunion. Beautiful, isolated location with amazing views over the jungle & down to the sea and White Island. Friendly service, very helpful & accommodating, especially regarding an unplanned late arrival (weather!!) Suggestions for improvement: A complimentary shuttle service down to Mambajao would be really convenient. There is very limited storage in the rooms (no wardrobe - but huge bathroom, space could be better used). The deck on our unit was very weak and needs repairs. The aircon was very loud and may benefit from replacement. Overall we had a very pleasant, relaxing stay and possibly did not make full use of all that was available.
