Estuve allí del 16 al 19 de julio. Todo muy bien la cama, servicio, limpieza,la amabilidad de la atención de la chica recepción. Muy cerca estacion de tren y de la parada autobuses (el 1 y el 3 te dejan con 4 paradas en el centro). Si puedo volveré

Muy grata sorpresa. Es la primera vez que salimos de las comodidades de un hotel y la experiencia ha sido fenomenal. De hecho, al ser algo como más íntimo y familiar te da mucha confianza. Ayuda mucho que nos atendiera Irma, una chica española muy muy atenta y agradable que terminó de quitarnos ese miedo o desconfianza porque nunca sabes lo que vas a encontrarte. Nos ayudó incluso en el itinerario dándonos consejos. Desde aquí nos despedimos de ella, ya que nos fuimos antes de la hora pensada y nos hubiera gustado agradecerle su atención. La habitación estaba súper bien, todo muy limpio y pulcro y con olor a “limpio”. Grandes ventanales que da muchísima iluminación a la habitación y sin ruidos molestos por la mañana. Lo recomiendo 100%.

We turned up at this hotel without a booking (my fault entirely). We called the guest house and Inga without hesitation booked us into her last remaining double room. The room was well presented with lovely linen, clean and a small but perfect shower room. There was everything you should need in the room. We met Inga in the morning and she was charming. It’s a 20 min flat walk to the city with lots of places to eat and drink on the way. We went to the six bells pub a short walk from the guest house which is well worth a visit. Thank you Inga for a fabulous stay.

Check in schedule between 14-18 pm we arrived at 13.50 and from Teninson tower where we supposed to stay they send us with a poor message attached on the door , “for check in or any enquirers go to A &B guest house “ ... okay , we went there , and nobody was there to greeting us! We waited more than 40 mins , I have called the lady from the hotel many times

a new property for us. location was good as literally a few minutes from train station. Check in is a little complicated and self service.no staff on premises.room was compact but with all amnenities we needed. bathroom /shower very small.was all ok until we wet to bed and discovered beds are v small and very soft. was woken at 5 am by very loud conversations from other guests as walls are clearly very thin.resulted in a not great nights sleep, so this would put us off returning tbh

Exceptional service from the staff at Friendly courteous and always willing to help. Made our stay truly enjoyable. Comfortable rooms, great location. Excellent value for money. Co-operative staff. Highly recommended probably best in Cambridge

We stayed at this guest house for a night, as we were in Cambridge for the theatre. It's pretty well located within walking distance of the town centre, and there is a great range of places to eat nearby, should you need, as there's no food served at A & B. Our room was tiny, a smallish bed, a tiny ensuite, overall very cramped. Within the tiny space it did have all that you'd need though and at the price charged only what you'd expect. There seems to be lots of rooms in a pretty confined space,but it works if you understand that system and it's pricing. Check in was simple and well organised but without needing any kind of actual reception staff. Altogether it met our needs well and was a safe, clean and well organised guest house.

My room was quiet, cosy and very clean . The bed was very comfortable . I chose the guest house because it was near to the railway station and the cost was reasonable . However, after I booked the room I recieved info to say that there was a contactless check in , and received a code . I was anxious about his and left a message . To be fair, I had a phone call and was assured that it was easy to do . However, when I arrived at the door I pressed in the code but was denied entry . I tried again twice , but still door would not open . Luckily for me there was a guest just inside . She let me in and I told her the problem . She showed me what to do and it seemed I had missed doing one small thing . It would have been preferable if the info sent to me had included the precise way of gaining entry , step by step.

Very nicely done room, very friendly host. Comfortable beds, and lots of space in our room. Fairly close into the centre in this crowded city, which was important, as was the fact that they have parking (limited spaces only; paid) available in a few spots on a first come first served basis. If you are coming by train, its near the railway station. Nearby down the road there are pubs with food and convenience stores. Very happy to stay again if I was in the area.

Best location; walkable from train station, bus or walk to city centre, surrounded by eateries on Mill Road. We had small twin room on ground floor as requested. Perfectly clean and beds very comfortable and cosy. TV and kettle, all you need for small amount of time spent in the room. Will stay again, value for money !! Recommended
