Me and my family of 6 went to cala blanca menorca on the 21st June till 1st July 2022, from the beginning of our holiday was a nigh**are, booked meet and Greet at Stanstead Airport but did not happen as no one turned up to meet and Greet us, did not receive no emails to confirm the meet and greet where we already booked and paid through hays travel from jet 2 holidays, but neither one had arranged this, all we was aware it was all set up and done but nothing, they promised it was all sorted, paid for it and did not receive so out family was left stranded and with no car at the airport so we had to rebook everything ourselves and pay AGAIN. we already paid through hays travel but they did not deliver. due to all this mix up we nearly missed our flight due to the unnecessary hassell this caused a very stressed and upset family. After we managed to get on our flight and get to our villa there was more problems, firstly the children we took got in to the pool on broken tiles and then they refused to get back in the pool for the rest of the holiday, secondly the view from my bedroom balcony there was a building site which I was not expecting, thirdly the kitchen cupboards was hanging off, also cob webs under furniture and mess under cushions and also there was mold in the pool around the tiles and i was worried about everyones health, I do have photos to prove all this. me myself sliced my hand on the broken tiles in the pool. i and my family are very upset, we paid alot for this holiday just to have a very 😞 holiday. I find that the service what we was expecting was not what we expected. it was not satisfactory. very let down.
