The Location Hotel

An absolute pleasure staying here. Lovely clean room, super friendly and informative staff and brilliant location. Most definitely would recommend to anyone visiting Athens.

La persona X me saludó y me registró, ya aquí sentí que algo andaba mal. X me cobró de más, así que me quejé, pero finalmente lo dejé pasar, estaba cansado después de vuelos retrasados, etc. X mostró la habitación, me dio una botella de agua y me mostró el minibar. Pregunté si toda el agua era gratis y la respuesta fue: "Claro". La ducha no podía mantener una temperatura uniforme, pasando de frío a caliente y viceversa, lo que dificultaba duch**** de una manera agradable y, en ese sentido, este no era un baño real. Hay una calle muy concurrida fuera de la ventana, bocinas de autos constantes y otras cosas, y su ventana no se cierra, por lo que parece que el tráfico está dentro de la habitación. Cuando pregunté sobre los tours, sentí que el propietario trató de venderme más, así que encontré un proveedor mucho más barato. El propietario apareció más tarde, o mejor dicho, me atacó con un salto en el pasillo, presionándome para que aceptara 'cualquier cosa', como una bebida o un vestuario, etc. La mujer que trabaja ahí es la única que tiene sentido de servicio y muy cálida, gracias. Y en esa nota, ella ofreció el servicio de lavandería gratis. X fue quien me revisó, y ahora el agua no era gratis, tampoco la lavandería... Había planeado mi flujo de efectivo para tener suficiente para un taxi al aeropuerto, así que fue una sorpresa muy desagradable. Iba a perdonar y pasar por alto todo esto hasta que la persona X trató de presionarme para que diera un puntaje de 10 en la revisión. Por eso me temo que este 'hotel' obtuvo una puntuación aparentemente alta. . .

The receptionist Khalid and Nermin were super helpful and friendly. Khalid was very service oriented and very friendly and helpful at all times. He was always there ready to answer any questions or just have a nice conversation and share some laughter with the guests. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was just as great as the service they provide. Customer satisfaction and experience is their highest priority with no doubts.

If you are looking for an Authentic experience in Egypt, then this Hotel is your right place. The dekoration were nice and oriental. The services are really good and affordable, all our requests were answered immediately with no delay and the Staff are very friendly and nice. We stayed for 2 weeks, Mr. Khaled exchanged Money anytime we needed it against Market price. The Location of the Hotel was perfect for the places we planned to visited, taking in Consideration how big Cairo is. The Entrance of the Building was spooky at first sight, wich made us doubt our decision but when you get out of the Elevator to Hotel you'll change your mind. Noor, Odeh and the Cleaning Staff made us feel welcomed and at home.

Book this room before returning to the state, arrived and saw what a filthy, dirty, old place it was. First, it is located on the 3rd with no elevator until you reached the 2nd floor. Stairs were narrow and long. Elevator to the 3rd floor was so small it can only accommodate 2 people with 1 large luggage. Did not see any employees working there. The hotel lobby was full of single middle age men walking around. My room was located in the lobby. I felt so scare the entire night I didn't sleep. Got the room, walked in and settled down. The bathroom was so small it doesn't have any walls. It has plastic frames dividing the bathroom from the beds. The door to the bathroom kept hitting our body as we tried to clean up at the sink. Then, we open the duvet and saw HAIRS. Long strains of dark hairs on my bed sheet. The door to our room did not lock from the inside or out so if you are a lady or traveling single, I would be concern with that. Lastly, the owner charged us close to $200.00 USD per person for the covid test. We couldn't even try to debate since our flight was very early in the morning. Beware of this hotel unless you don't care about the safety, cleaniness or being scammed!

when in saw the hotel i was not comfortable because he is very small and scared and there is a lot of mosquitos and i was really nervous and the price so high so so so high and i will never recommended this hotel

The room number 1 its very small and there is no view at my room and it was very noise and I didnt finish my t gob and in the second day l moved to another hotel I'm really sad not all downtown is good for business people
