La habitación estaba muy sucia, olía muy mal en el baño, tenía miedo a las cucarachas, al moho, la cama estaba rota, el personal en lugar de limpiar estaba sentado en el pasillo hablando por teléfono en voz alta, no podía descansar en absoluto

Employees are kind and cheerful. We don’t have higher expectations so we didn’t get much disappointment. But the cockroaches… Omg they are everywhere. We stayed here for one week and killed like 10 cockroaches per day.

City Hotel in Bucharest is a total no, no! For me it was a disaster. I made a booking by phone two weeks ago mentioning that I will arrive late. On that evening I flu from UK and arrived at 22:30 at the hotel and was told that my booking was cancelled! They said they rung me that evening to confirm the booking and as I didn’t answer the phone they cancelled my booking. I found myself with no room at 22:30 and out in the street after a security person came in. I said that there was no unanswered call or message on my phone. They had the rudeness to tell me that I deleted their call from my phone’s call register. Don’t book at this hotel, you could find yourself in the street at the most critical times! I thought Romania was in EU!

Nice room, wonderful bed and shower. Great breakfast and internet. Only one towel and one bath. The hotel needs some upkeep to repair things

A simple and nice hotel with all the facilities that you need! Very close to the supermarket and train and busses! Very kind cleaners and in general nice people working there! The beds are good and it is easy to control the temperatures in the rooms

Dovevamo starci solo poche ore per fortuna. La posizione non è male le camere abbastanza pulite ma per piú giorni sarebbe stato un problema. Camere piccole problemi di scarsa manutenzione, l’ascensore piú vecchio che abbia mai visto. Prezzo non proprio economico ma ci serviva solo come appoggio per poi ripartire per la Bulgaria

Première expérience de vie à Bucarest, agréable et vivant malgré cette vision de Ceausescu de refaire la ville... Je ne peux que recommander et rappeler que le ville est très sécurisée donc ne vous posez pas de questions !
L'Hôtel est à 7-9 minutes en taxi et 25 minutes à pied sans valises à porter de la Gare Routière (AUTOGARA MILITARI) et 12 minutes à pied du super "MALL/Centre Commercial" PLAZA ROMANIA & 5 stations de Tram Direct du SUPER MALL l'AFI PALACE , il y a TOUT !
Port du masque obligatoire en commerce et transports !
Je recommande vivement le dépaysement !
