El hotel es pequeño pero agradable. El desayuno era bueno, también adaptado para vegetarianos. Parada de autobús muy cerca.

Hotel kept our booking despite late arrival thanks to help from Trip.com customer service.
Love the hotel in general. Location is close to Old Town about 10 min walk. Morning receptionist a little bit cold. Food very good!

Su booking lo valutano un 4 stelle ma non è assolutamente vero! Infatti all'entrata sono state cancellate, ed è giusto così! Noi abbiamo prenotato la suite visto che eravamo in 3 ma il divano letto era scomodissimo, il cuscino messo a disposizione non aveva la fodera ed era diventato giallo dalla polvere! Nel letto matrimoniale c'era un piumone piccolissimo e in due non ci bastava, abbiamo dovuto richiederne un terzo. Ci sono stati dati solo due set di asciugamani nonostante fossimo in 3! La pulizia della stanza poteva anche essere accettabile ma il bagno era messo male. Maniglia che ballava, asciugapelli tenuto insieme con del nastro adesivo, rifiniture in pessimo stato. Noi avevamo una vasca senza tende e quando facevamo la doccia si allagava tutto. La cassaforte non l'abbiamo usata, non c'era nessuna istruzione! La colazione è scarsa e nonostante abbiamo segnalato una persona intollerante al glutine solo al primo giorno hanno dato del pane senza glutine! Gli altri giorni ci siamo arrangiati! Il personale è gentile ma non sa assolutamente cosa sta facendo! Mi spiace ma non ci tornerei neanche gratis!

Las personas de recepción son amables, el desayuno bufet está bien (café, jugo, fruta, carnes frías, ensaladas, pan de dulce, huevos, salchichas). Pero la limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, desde que llegamos mencionamos que el escritorio estaba sucio con manchas de tazas de cafe y el piso de la habitación estaba pegajoso y Nunca lo limpiaron. Solo sacaban la basura del bote del baño (el único en toda la habitación) y estiraban la sábana de la cama. No tendían bien la cama ni acomodaban los cojines. El primer día las tazas de café no las lavaron.

I am a Greek who came to Romania for the first time. I visited Bucharest from April 18 to April 21, 2024 and stayed at the Venezia Zeus Hotel. The hotel is well centrally located, with great breakfast, clean rooms and reasonable prices. What pleased me the most was the warm, helpful and very warm staff (especially Andrei at the reception). They helped me with any questions I had and made my stay easier and more enjoyable. I was satisfied with the Bucharest and at some point I will visit it again. As a Greek, I have always had a positive opinion of Romania, due to the special friendship between the two countries, and my Romanian friends confirmed this to me in the best way. Many thanks from Greece guys. Be well!

The stuff was very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. We were in March and it was warm in the room, I would even say hot but for us it wasn't a problem as we just opened the balcony for fresh air. Breakfast was very delicious and had enough to select from and the breakfast area has a nice celling with Venetian painting. It was very convenient that they allowed us to leave our luggage till the end of the day at the hotel after check out.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disruptive I arrived at Hotel Venezia to be told they didn't have a room for me and I was told I needed to go to their partner hotel Hotel Centro, I had been traveling all day and no transportation was offered to this hotel. I was not given any advance warning of this I was only told this change on arrival. When arriving at Hotel Centro they also had issues finding a room for me. I felt like this service was completely unprofessional. When I eas eventually given a room, my room was very loud, I was kept up all night as my room was beside the lift and people were arriving back to the hotel very late. Further whilst whilst taking a nap two people walked into my room, they had been given a keycard and told this was their room. They walked in whilst I was sleeping and I felt like my privacy was completely violated. My key card stopped working several times, and eventually I was without a card to get into my room. I am extremely disappointed as this is was not the quality of service I thought i was paying for, moreover this was not the hotel I paid to stayed in. I would have expected to be refunded for this but no compensation was provided to me.

Welcoming hotel. Great communication. Warm rooms. Clean. Comfy beds. Warm shower and hairdryer in bathroom. Breakfast adequate. Nice staff. Tea making facilities only for one day. Not restocked unless you pay extra. Clean, warm, friendly. Not modern.
