El director general de la Moxy Roxana-Maria Visan fue extremadamente empatético y comprensivo para nuestra situación. El líder de la tripulación de Lorena Dinescu respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y nos brindó un apoyo increíble, que ofreció a nuestra familia el servicio personalizado y la hospitalidad más especiales durante 19 días. Gracias a Dios, pudimos encontrar una residencia permanente para ellos con amigos en Breda, Países Bajos. El hotel tiene una gran vibración, grandes habitaciones, una ubicación ideal para la antigua ciudad y, lo más importante, un personal de cuidados amistosos de los empleados.

Hotel bien situado, totalmente céntrico, muy bonito y moderno, emana luminosidad tanto en los espacios comunes como en la habitación, destaca del ambiente algo sombrío de Bucarest. Personal correcto, detalles en el hall como agua con limón para refrescarte al llegar en un día de calor o un dulce antes de ir a dormir. Buena idea la tienda en recepción y la nevera vacía para que la llenes con lo que prefieras. No le doy un 10 porque la perfección no existe 😜 Sin duda lo volvería a elegir

Nos alojamos en una suite. Las fotos corresponden con lo que te encuentras. Cama cómoda. En nuestro caso dos termostatos para la calefacción. El sábado por la noche se oía un ligero murmullo, aceptable. Nuestro balcón no cerraba bien y cuando soplaba el viento se oía un silbido. Cambian las toallas todos los días. Buena limpieza. Hay cafetera, dejan dos cápsulas y todos los días las reponen. Dejan dos botellas de agua y una de vino fuera del minibar, pero no son de cortesía. El desayuno variado, había maquina para hacer gofres. Cuando llegas, te retienen 90€ por si te llevas algo. Tardaron 6 días en desbloquear el importe. Se puede pagar en euros. Si lo haces en leis hacen el cambio manual a 5 L cada €, un poquito mas caro. Está muy céntrico, paradas de bus y metro muy cerquita.

Marriott upper-scale properties, such as their Autograph Collection &/or Tribute Portfolio brands, continue to miss the mark. Weak management seems to plague many of these properties & consistent delivery of Marriott's Bonvoy Program only exists in the minds of HQ Executives. The experience of Bonvoy Members is something quite different in reality, since members NEVER know what to expect until they check in. Just finished 12 nights in 6 different European Marriott brands in 3 countries & only 1 even bothered to acknowledge our lifetime elite membership status. Otherwise, we received the same treatment as a guest staying at a Marriott property for the 1st time. The Marmorosch is indeed a beautiful property -- or at least the exterior & lobby area are. The rooms themselves are more more like Fairfield Inn properties in the US. Basic to the extreme & poor housekeeping was evident throughout the property. Trash that littered the floor on arrival was still there 3 days later, as were the blood droplets on the bathroom floor, & one has to question what type of housekeeping would leave a bed in the condition of the one in the attached photos? Only 1 side of the huge hand-pull drapes worked & could be opened, so we called to ask that someone be sent to fix the other side. A pleasant gentleman promptly appeared to tell us that they could not fix the drapes because a separate company had to be scheduled to do the repair. We subsequently learned from an honest employee that the non-functioning drapes issue has plagued the property since opening & is well known to owner/management. The property was previously a bank so there is a bar in the lower level Vault area, which one would incorrectly assume to be a beautiful & sophisticated location for cocktails. Unfortunately, as you descend the stairs to the lower level the loud & pulsating disco music immediately lets you know that your expectations are incorrect. We looked in the door & decided to not even bother entering & returned to the beautiful Lobby for drinks, but left after 15 minutes when no one arrived at the bar to offer service, & others who were waiting when we arrived were still unserved when we departed. Breakfast was a manic mess since the room where it is served is not capable of meeting guest needs if the hotel is more than 75% occupied. Many of the food items that should be hot are cold & unappetizing. Never saw a breakfast menu on a table in the first 2 days of our stay, & only after asking about cooked-to-order items that were being served around us on the 3rd day, were we given a menu with several options that are, in fact, available for breakfast. Check-in was the biggest fiasco we have ever encountered at ANY Marriott property. A full 50 minutes to check-in with only 2 employees manning the 4-5 positions & the Bonvoy Member sign on the front desk was completely meaningless. Only after several guests began to openly complain about the wait did a 3rd employee appear, but she gave ZER

When i got there, I was told I was too early (fair enough, check-in is from 2 pm and i got there around 11.30) I had sort of anticipated this, so thought i would just kill some time at the skybar which supposedly has a great view - but much to my surprise, I was told the skybar was closed, only open for breakfast. Must be the biggest attraction of the hotel, and in their wisdom, they close it! So instead, I took a walk heading towards the parliament building which is preety close by. When i returned a while later, room was now ready but oh by the way, the lift doesnt work! So i now had to carry luggage up the fire exit staircase (room was on 4th floor). Very narrow and poorly lit, so if you have trouble walking - good luck. Just hope you dont meet somebody coming down - passing them will be a challenge :-) Reception said lift would be fixed in a day or two!! So i made it to the room and cannot really decide what to think of it. On the one hand, it was spotlessly clean and looked very new and modern but on the other hand: No coffee / tea, There was a minibar with some wine and soft drinks but no beer,No glasses to be found anywhere (so I guess, just drink the wine from the bottle),WiFi works but not very stable - keeps dropping out. At breakfast, the skybar was now open - 2 people in front of me for the coffee machine which was quite slow - turned out they were not guests - but the breakfast room staff!. When they finally had their coffee they went straigth out onto the open terrasse for a cigarette (very small outdoor terrase and the staff now occupied 1/3 of it) and started chatting quite loudly - so terrasse is just as much for the staff - not the guests only. And really - if staff of any kind of establishment wants to have a loud discussion, do so away from the guests!! Breakfast was very poor - quite frankly pathetic! - some dry toast bread, a little bit of cheese and some slices of what looked like ham/salami - nothing warm like e.g. eggs (of course the staff were busy out on the terrasse smoking and having a loud conversation). Definately not worth any money at all - instead head out for one of the many cafes very close by. The lobby has what looks like a bar, but all they sell is coffee. Big surprise to me when late afternoon after a long walk i came back, asked for a cold beer and was told they didnt have any!! You can have some wine from the minibar, but you cant have a beer anywhere. The day of departure i waited a little in the lobby for my taxi to the airport. Need to use a bathroom?? Too bad - just like the lift, out of order. This would be fixed ”in a day or 2” so clearly not a priority for this place. Wifi, although it did work in the room - no luck in the lobby - could not connect at all. The guy in the lobby was nice enough but most of the time you will find him outside, having a smoke. All in all, extremely dissapointed with this place. Wish i had gone back to Hello Hotel instead - breakfast much much better, you can

Fantastico hotel con gran diseño, muy tranquilo y relajado. El hotel cuenta con un lobby moderno y un restaurante elegante. Habitaciones y baños confortables. Excelente y muy útil personal. Traten a sus clientes como la familia. Definitivamente recomendaré este hotel.

Hotel My Continental Gara De Nord provided a solid base for our four days of exploring Bucharest. A very convenient location, regarding the metro and railway station; and within a walkable distance (around 20 min) to the centre. The hotel was clean and safe; our room offered everything we needed and general ambience was pleasant. What deserves a special mention, is the restaurant staff at breakfast times (good-humoured and very professional) as well as breakfast on offer – plentiful, fresh and tasty. Also, a nice vibe there in the evenings with an attentive and lovely gentleman at the bar. Thank you for a positive experience, looking forward to coming back …

En mi viaje reciente, me encontré en el mejor lugar para permanecer. Es lujoso, pero sorprendentemente asequible. Recomiendo muy bien esta joya oculta para cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de alojamientos de alta definición sin romper el banco. El personal es increíblemente bienvenido y atento, garantizando que todos los aspectos de su estancia son agradables. Le insto a que le ofrezca un buen servicio y experimente el servicio excelente para usted mismo.

Someone might ask why 5/5 ! Short story I want to tell you about our long journey from country being in a war. Don’t know why bout we choose that hotel “ IBIS Style Bucharest Airport Hotel “ now I can see it’s was good choice! We just stepped in with no reservations at all after 20h of trip 😬 The hotel staff sorted us out with no questions asked even they were busy enough! We will try the best we can for you! And they did it! It’s special thanks for this, for professional support and service also nice and clean room and good food! 🙌🙌 I would recommend to you all!
