Increible nuestra experiencia en este hotel!! el trato del personal exquisito, la decoracion y la calidad del hotel es una maravilla y la experiencia en el desayuno es de lo mejor!!! Recomendable al 100%!

Visité este hotel por primera vez hace 25 años y me encantó, así que regresé con mi familia recientemente. Es tal como lo recordaba con habitaciones excepcionalmente lujosas pero acogedoras, un desayuno delicioso y un personal encantador con mucho conocimiento local. No podría recomendarlo lo suficiente.

Excelente y cordial bienvenida en la recepción de la encantadora dama portuguesa (lo siento, no tomamos su nombre) y también de todos aquellos con los que nos encontramos en el desayuno. La habitación 'Encantadora' era pequeña y también lo era el baño, especialmente como inodoro. Si eres un poco más grande, puedes tener problemas. Sin embargo, todo estuvo bien para nosotros, ya que en realidad no pasamos mucho tiempo allí. Pros: la sala de desayuno era hermosa Servicio fantástico Mesas con manteles blancos y cafetera plateada. Todo tan perfecto Reproducción de música, encantador Buena oferta, realmente agradable. ¡La tortilla era un champán tan ligero y esponjoso! El mejor desayuno/ambiente que he tenido. Memorable. El salón común y el área del bar también se mantuvieron con la misma decoración fantástica. Desventajas: Lo único realmente sería que no hubiera menaje para preparar té/café en la habitación Área pequeña alrededor del baño: otros podrían tener problemas Toallas, limpias pero no esponjosas Tuvimos una estadía increíble en Brujas y elegiríamos The Pand nuevamente. Está a pocos pasos del edificio más fotografiado Rozenhoedkaai y también de los paseos por los canales.

We loved our stay at The Pand. Its location was perfect-less than 10 min to the market square. The room was small but adorable. There was closet space to put your luggage but no room to keep it out. The breakfast is ridiculous; there’s more food than anyone could want plus Champaign. The staff was knowable and pleasant. The building lovely. No complaints.

Fab boutique hotel in the heart of Bruge, down a beautiful tree lined street, close to the squares, river cruise stop and all beautiful sires. This hotel is a hidden gem, we upgraded to the suite when we arrived and had fab room. Very comfy bed, everything you'd want in a room. Thr hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. Especially in recommending restaurants etc. Thr breakfast served by lovely lady each day, although no full English, continental plus eggs of choice, superb. We'd recommend in a heartbeat 💓

Our family enjoyed the most magical stay in Bruge at the Pand Hotel. The staff are so warm and gracious. The rooms are so lovely and sumptuous. Every room is uniquely decorated. They were so helpful arranging our restaurant reservations- all of their suggestions were spot on. Do not miss the loviest breakfast!!! The pictures does not do this little gem of a hotel justice. I hope to return someday.

A lovely boutique hotel with wonderful staff. We have just come back from a long weekend in Bruges and had an excellent stay at the Pand Hotel. The staff are fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a great location, just metres from the Rosary, and is a great base to explore Bruges from. We would certainly recommend having breakfast in the hotel - it was simply delicious and the complimentary glass of champagne was a great way to start the day!

Fantastic hotel! Service was friendly, impeccably clean, and don't miss the breakfast. We also enjoyed the location of this hotel. It's a short five minute walk to the main square, but just enough off the path to get away from the tourists. Nice restaurants in the area as well. Would happily stay here again!

The staff and service were exceptional, as was the location! The hotel is located on a quiet street but is literally around the corner from a main road and just a 5-minute walk to the main square, we could not have asked for a better location. My friend and I arrived on a Thursday morning, jet lagged and worn out from travel overnight from the US. Although we were there at mid-morning our rooms were ready and check in was a breeze; they gave us rooms on the same floor and just a few doors away. The staff noticed that my friend’s birthday was during our stay and gave us complimentary champagne. Another friend was joining us the next day from the Netherlands and they made sure to have her room ready, and also put her on the same floor. This is a small hotel so that wasn’t as easy as it sounds. When our friend arrived the next day we caught up in one of the beautiful and cozy public rooms; after a time catching up a member of the staff asked if we wanted tea, which we did. They brought tea and also a lovely assortment of finger food. They gave excellent directions and restaurant recommendations. I stayed for 3 nights and hated to leave. My friends and I still talk about the excellent, personalized service from the friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend this lovely little hotel!
