We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable treatment from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.

Hotel muy centrico. El edificio super bonito, y dentro espectacular, tuvimos una suite para tres y era super espaciosa. Las camas muy confortables. El desayuno bufet super bien. El personal de recepción muy correcto. Repetiría seguro. Muy cerca hay restaurantes

El hotel moderno, habitaciones tranquilas, desayunos muy buenos y muy cerca de las plazas del centro. ¿Qué más puedes pedir? El personal fue útil con cualquier pregunta que tuvimos. Si tuviera la oportunidad de viajar a Brno, de nuevo, definitivamente nos quedaríamos aquí! Gracias por su maravillosa experiencia.

Este hotel es un paraíso de vacaciones!! Tantas cosas hermosas en la zona, un hermoso parque, excelentes restaurantes. También es excelente la accesibilidad al centro. Las habitaciones están bien organizadas y el personal es más que amigable! La comida es excelente y nunca he visto tantas opciones de comida excelente en el desayuno en cualquier hotel!!! Estate como siempre son positivos y sonríe y creo que sus huéspedes volverán con la misma alegría que yo!!! ¡Gracias a la equipo Cosmopolitan, fue una gran experiencia!!

We are a family of refugees from Ukraine. Upon arrival in Brno, we were lucky enough to spend a week in this lovely hotel! We had a cat and a dog with us, and fortunately, pets are allowed at this hotel. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Very large and comfortable beds, huge TV, balcony, bathroom… Delicious breakfasts and not only! But especially we want to note and thank the staff of the hotel. Absolutely all very polite and nice people! Waiters, maids, administrators, managers. Everyone! Separately, we want to thank the general manager, who helped us several times in solving some issues. The receptionist girl who helped organize transport for us. The waiter who always smiled and treated the kids (and us) with goodies. You all are super! Thank you a lot! We really hope to live in your hotel again, but not as refugees, but as guests. :-) Prosperity to you and all the best!

The Royal Ricc is centred right in the heart of Brno just off Zelny Trh (Vegetable Market). Both cathedral and castle are within easy walking distance as is the railway station. The reception area has a fine vaulted ceiling - setting the tone of the historic rooms above. I had a spacious front facing room - with painted ceiling overlooking the street and an outside bar opposie, I was worried about street noise late at night -but the sound proofing is very effective as I heard no outside noise. The bed was very comfortable and the en suite bathroom (with bath) was great. Breakfast is standard buffet fare - more than enough to set me up for the day. Disliked · more plugs in the room, and the lighting could be better if you wanted to ead for a long time (but why would you as the city is fanastic)

Situado en una zona de 3 estrellas, el castillo de Špilberk se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad.

El hotel es muy grande, el entorno es bueno, pensé que el hotel de Burnol era muy barato, no pensé que fuera más caro que Praga, aquí 120 euros por noche, pero el desayuno es muy bueno y la salida es Uber más barata.
