La habitación es muy grande y cuenta con cocinas de moderadamente equipadas, construidas para una buena semana de relajación en Logan (solo 2 de todo ☹️crockery/cutlery) Por desgracia, el restaurante se volvió a abrir el día después de que nuestro grupo se hubiera ido y habría sido protegido por nosotros si hubiera sido abierto. La última vez que me fui, la leche del frigorífico estaba abierta, sólo porque el último hogar la envió de nuevo, así que ni siquiera me encontré abierto al principio, así que creo que los limpiadores no deberían haber notado, y yo también lo sabía, Esto ya no sucede después de la esperanza. El primer día de estacionamiento se limpió porque me quería dormir demasiado, y por eso me preocupaba que perdiese el tiempo de limpieza. No pensé que el limpio era muy tranquilo o me limpiaba (no había encontrado ninguna entrada), ¡muy gracias!

Paid for an upgrade to a room at the back after reading reviews describing noise levels. Glad we did because this motel fronts a busy motorway and still traffic noise at a bearable level from back row room. Room was large and very clean although 2 small living cockroaches in bathroom. Husband found bed to be perfect but I had trouble sleeping on it. You can’t please everyone. When we arrived around 5pm the main door to the office was locked but a fellow, either a customer or worker was sitting on a waiting area seat in the reception area and told me the manager was not there but I could use a side door. That was no problem as within a minute or 2 the manager arrived and I told him who I was and he remembered I had called an hour before to check on the availability of a suite rather than a room. Only thing that stopped me short of giving 5 stars was the manager’s apparent distain at having to serve a customer. The dear man couldn’t have looked or come across to me as more put out by having to attend my booking. He offered very little information. When I asked about the wifi password ( wifi did not work at all by the way, even with instructions ) he disinterestedly told me it’s on the back of the key. Also on the back of the key was information on what to do if the tv gives a no signal message. I don’t know why he couldn’t be bothered to explain that. So all up, he was a very poor ambassador for the motel and could easily, single handily ruined the start of someone’s vacation vibe with his “ can I just get this over and done with” vibe. I maintained my chirpy and happy disposition in the meagre attempt of cheering up this poor soul. Alas, it wasn’t to be although when I asked about distances /directions to a venue we were to attend, old mate, worker/customer was all for telling me everything I needed to know. Thank goodness I had him to share the information I needed because once that key was in my hand, Mr manager had done his part and no further talk appeared to be necessary! Maybe HE needs a holiday? Other than that, the suite was suitable for a longer stay with microwave, cooktop, kettle and mini fridge/freezer. There was adequate crockery , cutlery, pans, toaster and washing up items to be able to prepare food for 2. We only stayed the one night and did not eat dinner or breakfast from the dining room on site. I knew about the dining room from reading reviews, not Mr Manager.

So sad such a good hotel has gone bad. After many years of staying here . It is under new management with zero customer service. On the multiple time we have stayed here in the villa we have always had daily room service and fresh fluffy white towels & face washers. I have even written praising reviews on stays here . But we will not be returning here again. Gone are the daily room service and fluffy towels and face washers. Now it is room service on a 4th night & thin small white towels & one even had a hole in it and no face washers. The blind in the kitchen was broken the corner & had not been replaced. In the bathroom the shower head would keep falling down. The shampoo & conditioner dispenser on the wall were empty. A once full hotel was very empty too, so obviously other people have voted with there feet & wallets. When I spoke to the office attendant & asked if our room service was going to be done like the past I found her manner rude & blunt and she directed me to a cupboard where I could help myself to some fresh towels.

The hotel has the potential to be good but for me, it missed the mark. I can overlook the decor as I feel this can be a personal thing. The room itself is satisfactory - the bed was a king, shower pressure was excellent, had a small fridge and ironing board. The airconditioner is good (but noisy) and there is a lot of light that comes in from the main corridor at night (tip: put a towel against the door to block the lightl). I requested a quiet room and one away from the elevator. Unfortunately I got a room next to the elevator and the room directly opposite me had music playing which I could hear from my room. Most rooms seem to look out on to the carpark/entrance. During the middle of the night (1am/2am) people would sit out the front and have a cigarette but the conversation could be heard from the room. Overall, I found it to be very noisy and disruptive to sleep (which is very important to me).Very limited food options from the hotel but if you have Uber Eats, there are lots of food place near by. Would I stay here again - not at this stage.

La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no me gustaba la habitación. El personal respondió rápidamente a los correos electrónicos para ayudar con varias cosas antes de mi estancia que me pareció agradable. Estaban tan útiles durante mi estancia también me disfruté de mi estancia. Las habitaciones estaban limpias con todas las instalaciones disponibles. No hay problemas de ruido. Los 2 recibos de bebida para el bar fueron agradables. Los disfrutaron mientras viendo los deportes son el bar. El desayuno incluido, era sólo un pequeño paquete, pero eso era suficiente. Pocas tiendas, cafés, restaurantes cerca. Amplísimo estacionamiento. Wifi funciona bien. TV en la habitación. Buen lugar general y muy recomendado

La habitación era limpia, el wifi era muy rápido con un fuerte señal y la habitación estaba relativamente tranquila, a pesar de estar cerca de una carretera principal ocupada. Las habitaciones incluyen una máquina de café de la cafetería, con cafetería gratuita desde la recepción. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.
