Professional and friendly.  Recommended for business and for the discerning traveler.  The gourmet breakfast was excellent.  Rooms are lovely.

Eso fue sorprendente, y relajador que lo que mi madre evalúa de permanecer en este lugar.. Gracias Amanzi Lodge aunque estoy un poco triste por no poder reservar el masaje para mis leyes parece algo malo con el número de teléfono, pero de todos modos se disfrutaron de eso más importante 😊

這家的位置在Helensvale, 距離機場35km, 離市區15km, 接機會收接機費，剛開始服務還行。 但槽點實在無語， 1. 酒店不會給你主動做每天的客房打掃服務。 2. 且餐食管理能力，實在太low。餐食定點定時供應，四菜一湯，雖然都含在房費裏。經常出現飯被客人用完了，而你還沒吃上。 3.距離市區實在太遠，每天開車來回路上多餘油費實在心疼。 4. 房間內有蚊子，隔音一般。

Tiene un hotel muy bonito en la era colonial británica. Próximo al campo de golf es el favorito personal. El restaurante tiene una buena color y el precio es muy razonable. El clima del bar también es agradable. Vale la pena reservar otra vez.

The corridors lights could not be switched off at night making the room uncomfortable to fall asleep as the light permeated the room. The bed side lights were non functional needing one to walk to the entrance wall to switch off the room light. Made a complaint about these issues but nothing was done about it. Quite poor service

Booked this guest house based on the reviews that I had read. It is a very basic guest house and in my view, will require some improvements to meet some minimum international standards. The positive is that the WiFi worked very well and hence once on site could stay in touch with family and friends. Also the staff were very friendly and appearedto work with what they had at their disposal. Areas of improvements: 1. Not sure if the guest house had master keys to the rooms. Our room was never cleaned for the period that we were there. Not sure if because we went out with the key or we had to request for the room to be clean. 2. We were not given towels and it was good we have carried some towels with us. It will be extremely good to provide towels and should be already present in the room when the guest arrives. 3. The bathroom had no mirror so when I needed to shave, I had to come back to the bedroom to use the mirror. 4. It appeared the whole guest house has only one kettle and hence if you needed what water, you needed to request for the kettle. Worst still the bedroom did not have the socket for the kettle's plug and hence had to go back to the reception to heat the water. 5. Although the guest house is advertised as having a kitchen, this was in an outhouse and you have to leave the main guest house to use the kitchen. Worst is that the kitchen was not ready when we arrived and it is not well kitted, and in my opinion should not be advertised as a guest house with a kitchen. 6. Finally, the guest house did not have a stanby generator and on one of the nights, the lights went off from @2am local timm till mid morning.

Great location, really nice friendly and helpful people, however - hotel room needs renovation, especially its bathroom. Restaurant in hotel was very poor and overpriced for food and service. People at the reception desk were great and helpful. Overall we had great stay in Harare!

Me alegro de haber podido ver la habitación antes de reservar oficialmente aquí, ya que cometí un error y reservé en otro hotel y las fotos no se parecían en nada a eso. Tenía una cama de buen tamaño, refrigerador, agua de cortesía, televisión por cable con opciones de Netflix y HBO. Había una piscina exterior que estoy terriblemente molesto y no pude utilizar. Como no había hecho otros planes, pude extender mi estadía una noche más sin problemas. El personal fue muy acogedor, amable y servicial. Me alegro de haberme quedado aquí; Me alojaré aquí de nuevo en mi próxima visita a Zimbabwe.

Clean rooms but no sound proof, no Aircon, do not understand y they put a ceiling and down lighters on a thatched roof
