The rooms are spacious and bright, and children's toiletries are thoughtfully prepared. There are abundant indoor and outdoor playground facilities, and the ocean ball pool is open all day. The breakfast is rich in nutrition and worry-free! The swimming pool has a shallow water area, and lifeguards guard it throughout the whole process. The staff took the initiative to help look after the luggage, and the details were perfect. It is a treasure hotel that frees parents' hands!"

"From the moment the Willow Lodge gate opened, Matt and his amazing Staff were there to take care of anything and everything we needed. From breakfast, dinner, laundry, transports, wine and drinks, the Willow Lodge is a perfectly lovely atmosphere with a most accommodating Staff. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, clean, with power 100% of the time. If we needed anything, Matt made sure to deliver. Leaving was difficult as my wife and I felt like we were part of the Willow Lodge Family. Their home was ours for 3 glorious weeks! We will return shortly, thank you Matt!!"

However, the manager took us to the other location after check in, and it was a BEAUTIFUL lodge. He even followed us to a local restaurant. The entire staff took great care of us. The ladies at the reception are attentive as was the night guard. The bathroom is the tight part as is the reading area. I could use a lot more light and space in those areas. The pinhead shower must be a water conservation issue in Zim! I just don’t get it."
