Qué lugar espectacular!!! Visitado con mi amigo por unos días. Fue su primera vez en Sudáfrica. La experiencia dejó una impresión tan hermosa de nuestro hermoso país y de su pueblo ❤️❤️❤️ El lugar y el personal fueron IMPORTANTES!!! El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los mejores de los lugares de interés de la ciudad. Gracias especiales a Victor, Benedict, Reyneke*, Sam, Jane, Hamilton, Imagine, Marita, S’fiso, y la lista va en 😁😁😁 Mis amigos y yo ya están planeando nuestra próxima visita de vuelta!!!

This has to be one of the nicest hotel in the safari. We stayed at the newly built 2 bedrooms plunge pool villa, it is spectacular! Everything is perfect, from the interior design, panorama view, pool, amenities, beds, service and everything is amazing! Our safari guide is the best, he is great with children and also very knowledgeable on everything in the reserve from animals, birds, trees, insects and roads, on and off roads. The kitchen staffs offers us delicious meals everyday, everything is perfect!

I spent two weeks traveling in South Africa, staying in 12 lodges/hotels. This White House Lodge impressed me the most. It felt like I'd returned home many years ago. Everything was so welcoming and pleasant. Suzanne met me at the airport. Although, due to communication issues, I wasn't sure she'd be able to meet me, and I'd have to find a taxi. It was very nice to see Suzanne upon arrival holding a sign with my name. On the way to the lodge, we saw several impalas. She organized safari in Kruger park for me both days while I was staying at the lodge. Excellent dinners, a wonderful selection of South African wine (it rivals good European wines), a lawn, a garden, a swing, and a stunning view of the valley. A very nice place and hostess. P.S. I really wanted to see a leopard and a rhino on safari – but I ended up seeing all of the Big Five.

Emplacement idéel pour visiter le Kruger, à 5minutes de la porte d'entrée ! Le lieu est super sympa, les chambres sont très grandes. Résidence très bien sécurisée. Nous avions demandés un petits déjeuner à l'emporter, nous nous sommes régalés, et très copieux ! Petite mention pour les chats de la villa qui sont adorables !

I have lots of things to say about this guesthouse. It was my first time staying at a guesthouse but I must say that the experience was awesome 👌. I loved every moment here and the staff was great too. It felt so good staying at this place and being surrounded by nature made it an unforgettable experience. I even went for a jog with two members of the staff the morning before check out; around 5am. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse for those using Malelane gate to get to Kruger NationalPark. The price is worth it too.

Es nuestra luna de miel, y nos alegramos de elegir Sudáfrica como nuestro destino luna de miel!Pasó 4 noches en el Grand Kruger Lodge y reservado 2 unidades de juego, un paseo de busqueros y un giro de sol por la casa. El personal de la habitación era buenos representantes de la hospitalidad sudafricana; nos cuidamos bien desde el día 1 - desde decorar nuestra habitación para darnos la bienvenida a nuestra luna de miel, la deliciosa y homely dinner spread (Esperamos ver el menú escrito en el negro diario!), las conversaciones amigables para saber si nos disfrutamos de nuestra experiencia en el parque nacional Kruger, dejando chocolates en nuestra cama después de cenar, etc. Volver a la casa después de nuestro día se siente como volver a casa para conocer a amigos cercanos que conocíamos por nombre. ¡Sr. Especial clamor a Innocent (sí que es el nombre del personal) que nos dio incluso un paseo de vuelta al alojamiento cuando nos vio caminar en el camino sucio de vuelta después de visitar la vista de Marloth! ¡La camión de juegos fue llevada a cabo por los guías safari de la casa, mientras que la camión de bus y la camión de sol se llevaban a cabo por los rangers de SAN Parks. Desde aprender a identificar a los animales varones y hembras a través de sus características distintivas, hasta buscar señales de contagio como el puño animal y las huellas para determinar si los animales estaban cerca, las conducciones eran como una experiencia en vivo Nat Geo! Sin duda, se echa de menos este lugar y todos los que nos conocimos en Kruger/Marloth.

A wonderful place to enjoy rest before and after a safari. Incredibly polite and kind staff who cared for us, promptly resolved any issues, went above and beyond, and did everything possible for our well-being. We visited the hotel over the Christmas period, which caused some transportation issues. On our checkout day, due to the holiday, we were unable to book a taxi to the airport. The hotel owner himself drove us there, for which we are endlessly grateful. The hotel is clean and cozy, with comfortable rooms and beautiful grounds with a pool. Very tasty and hearty dinners and breakfasts. On the safari day, they packed our breakfast in a thermal container, which was very convenient and practical. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we found ourselves in a house with a kitchen as we have a toddler granddaughter travelling with us and the executive room was very safe and this made it easy to sterilise bottles and prepare our own food. We went on an evening safari however our transport was late and we held up the safari crew leaving on time. When we returned from our safari we were offered a meal at spur to be delivered so we placed the order around 8.30 at night. Two hours later our meals had not arrived and we went to bed hungry and very unhappy. All the excuses under the sun were offered over these two hours. In the end we cancelled it as too late and upset to eat. Spur offered a free breakfast to make up for the calamity of the previous evening however as I booked the rate that included breakfast we declined. We placed your order for breakfast and it was delivered to the house as requested and it was beautiful. When we went to hand back the keys the lady said we needed to pay for the breakfast. I had to show her the rate that I booked included breakfast so I had already paid for it. We did not pay and I left unhappy and declared we would never be back. I would suggest better communication and never trust the local delivery people. Get yourself to the Safari gate there is parking there and get yourself dinner or make your own. The accommodations were excellent for us it was the local delivery people who really let us down. Also maybe book the rate that does not include breakfast then when they charge you for it it will be ok.

Cleanliness of the room is ok as long as you don't look on top of the wardrobe... Service is very poor from breakfast to dinner ...next day, few of us felt sick after eating pudding at dinner...waiters are in an other world most of the time and expecting you to tips them for buffet service... The front door light was broken. Just good for pick up and drop of to krugger.

Clean and neat. Good stay for the business trip. Breakfast was ok. Not many choices but enough for light meal. Shower booth was spacious and there was a soap and bodywash. Gym was in the other hotel but swimming pool was in the hotel. Near by the mall which is very convenient. I'll visit again.
