The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The hair dryer in the room was mounted on the wall by the sink counter and wouldn't work. We contacted the front desk and they brought us a hand held dryer and told us to keep it till we checked out. We enjoyed the cobbler, cookies, and ice cream they had every evening for the guests staying there.

I had 3 rooms booked for my husband & I, plus 2 grown sons & their wives with a grandchild. The rooms location was great! Each were double Queen with plenty of space. The breakfast had biscuits & gravy, waffles & other typical breakfast food. No fresh fruit, but fruit cups. Location was easy to find, but was off the main 76 Blvd. Less traffic, but you would need to drive to see some of the attractions. Check in was fast (3 rooms) as well as dropping off our keys when we left. I think our rooms had just been renovated within the last few months. I wasn’t crazy about the carpet, but my personal preference since it was clean. Beds were firm and comfortable.

Was a cool looking hotel, they had 2 pools and 2 jacuzzi's. Rooms smell a little musty but overall clean, beds were comfy. The shower was probably the worst thing about the room, it was a small shower and bathroom, cloth shower curtain kept rubbing up on me as I was showering. Breakfast was okay, not much of a selection, have definitely had better. But overall hotel was okay.

We loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful and we were so close to everything that we did! My daughter (she’s 4) had a blast in the pool and on the playground, and our older daughter and son-in-law and their 2yo twin boys also had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The motel was better than expected.  There’s a separate breakfast room with a hot breakfast.  There is also an indoor heated pool and hot tub.  It is located close to most of the attractions in 10 minutes from downtown.   I did have issues with the TV not working, but the staff was very attentive and replaced the TV twice quickly.  Good Wifi as well.

The room had a nice view. The front desk lady was very nice. We asked to change to a valley-view room and we get it. Breakfast was ok ok.There are ample spaces of Parking. Only things we faced was that there was no electricity while we are in the breakfast area on the 9th floor, and the hotel had no backup power. After finishing breakfast, we had to walk down the stairs from the 9th floor to our room on the 4th floor. Then again at checkout, we had to carry our suitcases down the stairs from the 4th floor to the lobby. It was very tiring and inconvenient for my parents, and we expected the hotel to have backup power for situations like this.

It was a good stay I wish breakfast was a little better they said buffet and it was only biscuits and plane gravy no sausage or bacon and waffles and toast and some cereal so not very good choices

Finding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the strip. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.
