Cuando nos acercamos a la oficina delantera para comprobar, el receptor, que era joven, era muy rápido y amable, y dispuesto a compartir información sobre la zona. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. La habitación es muy limpia y muy agradable. Muchas gracias por el 58o aniversario de mi esposa.

Evening social hour, snacks,& refreshments were nice.
Breakfast quiche was delicious! Very nice breakfast served,& view of water, awesome!
I have two suggestions that would make my rating a 5.
The floors in our room were dirty enough to make my sisters new, clean, white socks black.
The tv remote fell behind the dresser/ refrigerator console. When I slid it away from the wall to retrieve the remote, it was pretty dirty back there.
Shower may have been clean, but maybe due to the brown grout, appeared dirty. We were questioning the cleanliness, after seeing my sister’s socks,& chose not to use the shower .😬
As a suggestion, putting some type of reflective tape, paint or lighting at the different step elevations . ( my 83 yr old brother in law missed the step, leading to our parked car, and fell, getting pretty banged up).
Overall, despite the negative observations, we enjoyed our stay, the location,& would stay here again.

Surfside room was decorated so cute and very clean. The pool was warm for our cooler day and the hot tub felt amazing. Perfect spot, so close to the ocean.
The breakfast was delicious and Amanda & her co-worker were so nice.
Definitely can’t wait to go back.

UUsuario invitadoWe enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel was was stated in the reviews. The staff were great and very accommodating. The room was clean and smelled good. The free breakfast was good and clean as well. The only negative for us was the lobby smell. We were not a fan of the air freshener, it was strong. Overall it was great stay and we would recommend it.

UUsuario invitadoWe enjoyed a balcony room and a lovely buffet breakfast each morning . The pool was good and had plenty of sunbeds . It was a relaxing week and we drove to St Augustine or the shopping malls or the lovely beaches nearby . Our favorite was Hammock park beach .
A football team and their parents arrived on the Friday night and unfortunately they were allowed to run riot and up and down in the glass window lifts . They were very noisy and most guests were complaining . This spoiled our stay towards the end .
Also the breakfast buffet was not available every morning and we ordered from a menu which wasn’t extensive in choice .
The hotel is due a refurbishment as rooms are dated .

UUsuario invitadoOur hotel room was very clean, and spacious. we arrived early and were let in right away, without any hesitation. The bed was comfortable (a little on the hard side, but not too hard). Our room might have been recently remodeled as it was spotless. The breakfast was sufficient, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, cereals, breads, bagels and muffins and whole fruit, plus good coffee. All workers were very friendly. We didn't use the pool or spa, but it looked clean.Great location with easy access to beach and plenty of restaurants walkable.

UUsuario invitadobeautiful hotel and food was good although we saw two couples leave angry because of more than a 30 minute wait for breakfast. staff present were doing their best but the kitchen staff couldn’t keep up with orders
from my personal viewpoint, my only complaint is the additional $25 per night for parking. it feels like just another way to squeeze the customer

UUsuario invitadoThe room provided wasn't 100% ready on our arrival the rooms advertised refrigerator was pulled out from its location with the door left opensitting on top of a towel collecting water that had been leaking for some time. Mint. Did respond quickly to the matter by cleaning up the watery mess and getting the refrigerated back into place. The refrigerator was plugged back in but eventually started to leak during the past 3 days of stay. The room did feel damp as there may have been high humidity present.
