I had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle. I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need. The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Easy check in, customer friendly and nice. No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

Location was great, place was clean. Our originally booked room was not available at check in but staff provided complimentary breakfast to make up for the mix-up. Will book again if staying downtown.

Hotel limpio y cómodo. Situado cerca del centro sur de Westfield y pocos otros establecimientos y restaurantes. El barco de transporte de 4:00 a mediodía está disponible. Al ingresar, me dijeron que mi pago no estaba completado, mientras que esto se hizo y confirmó ya algunas semanas antes de la llegada. Por suerte, Trip.com tiene un centro de ayuda 24/7 y me han ayudado a resolver la situación inmediatamente y de acuerdo. La dama en el escritorio me dijo que me dio una buena habitación, debido a las inconvenientes. La fitness es pequeña, pero tiene el equipo necesario para un buen entrenamiento. Muy precio por lo que usted recibe, pero ya que todos los alojamientos son como esto hoy en día, no lo contaba en mi revisión. Me quedaría otra vez, pero sólo después de confirmar mi reserva.

Dos camas grandes, tres para tres. Buenos dias. El suministro comenzará a las seis en punto. Echa un vistazo muy rápido. Muchas de las opciones para ir a Rainier Snow Mountain viven aquí, conduciendo hasta las montañas nevadas durante aproximadamente una hora. El supermercado Ole de los alrededores está muy cerca. Comer también es conveniente.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests. It really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Me quedé 5 días y en general fue una experiencia maravillosa. Lamentablemente, tuvieron un problema con la calefacción en ese momento (me dieron una calefacción portátil pero no fue suficiente) y un día no limpiaron mi habitación. Pero me encantaría recomendar este hotel debido al servicio de los empleados. Fueron súper amables y atentos. Y la ubicación también es perfecta.

La habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. No hay atención ni servicios para acomodar la salida de los huéspedes. Había demasiados que tuvieron que ir en el transbordador y el transbordador no era casi incapaz de acomodarnos a todos. Algunos tuvieron que sentarse en el piso y aprietarse entre los asientos. Sería conveniente que el personal hubiera comprobado el tiempo de salida/necesidad de los transbordadores cuando los huéspedes se habían comprobado para que los transbordadores pudieran haber sido organizados de manera suficiente y eficiente.

The staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit. Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall. The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.
