到酒店的時候，被告知預訂取消，就很納悶！差點另找一家酒店。坐了 12 小時飛機，一個小時車程，到了酒店説預訂被取消，整個人就傻了！後面酒店前台又説找到預訂，才繼續入住的。

I was generally satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and overall service. However, I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and cleaning service. Housekeeping was provided daily except on weekends, but the quality varied from day to day. On some days, it seemed like only the towels were replaced. On other days, the trash bins were emptied, but tissues were left scattered on the floor. There were also days when the housekeeping was done perfectly. I’m not sure why there is such a difference in service quality. I hope more consistent service can be provided. Additionally, even after the cleaning service, I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. However, the trash was not mine, and I couldn't understand why it was on the floor of my bedroom. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I was satisfied in general. If the housekeeping and cleaning services are improved, it could become an even better accommodation.

帶家人來爾灣這邊遊玩，對比了周邊很多酒店最終決定這家看起來很新的酒店，整體風格很簡約時尚，應該是新裝修兩三年的感覺，另外停車位也很足，停車位30美金一晚，帶着孩子出門有張沙發床方便多了，客房服務可以提供鋪床服務，下午出門跟前台交代一下晚上回來就鋪好了。 衞生：細節做得不如國內的亞朵和全季之類的連鎖，但是也還可以了，有個廚房配套的工具挺齊全，但時間關係並沒在裏面做飯，這個户型其實挺適合長住！ 價格兩百多美金，性價比還是不錯的！

這個酒店的房間還不錯，冰箱，咖啡機都有，當然這些都是美國標配，衞生做的也到位！一樓的餐廳可以選擇的餐食也不錯，同事告訴我還有中文菜單。酒店房間內沒有免費的水提供，也沒有拖鞋和洗漱用品，當然美國酒店都不提供。但很幽默的是竟然斷網8小時，我大約3點回到酒店後發現沒有Wi-Fi，晚上10點還是斷網，我到前台問了2次，都説在搶修，第二天早上醒過來發現網絡修復了。這個對於商務出差的人來説，簡直是災難，一天的房費也3000多元，還沒有網絡。對了，自己借車的話，這個酒店有25美元每天的停車費哦！

因為2人房比4人房貴，所以雖然2人入住，但訂購4人房+早餐，帶廚房和客廳，飯店很新乾淨，鍋具餐具等都設備齊全，床也柔軟舒服，因為備有可調控冷暖氣，所以以氣味很舒適的薄毯+被單覆蓋睡覺，枕頭也舒服！ 很安靜，有人載我們，車隨時可免費停，每晚停車不過夜就不收停車費25元，若是其中一天要過夜也可以，跟櫃台說，拿過夜的停車證即可！ 簡單餐食，優格很好吃，還有各式綜合草莓+覆盆莓+紅莓水果醬汁可淋，或加切好混合水果，另有未切蘋果&香蕉&柳橙&許多客人愛吃的喜瑞兒脆片，蘋果汁等果汁&各種鮮奶&各種咖啡,還有煮好的燕麥粥&各種麵包，熱狗&嫩蛋&水煮蛋&鬆餅

Después de un viaje de negocios a Estados Unidos, aterricé en Los Ángeles en la costa oeste. Irvine, condado de Orange, al sur de Los Ángeles, es un lugar ideal para quedarse.
