SShania AnrieNos quedamos aquí o 4 noches durante nuestra Disneylandia y Disney California Adventure, y nuestra experiencia no fue nada menos que excepcional.
El hotel es un hotel con una gran calidad de servicio, y el hotel está muy bien mantenido. Aunque el desayuno no era muy bueno para mi gusto personal, reconozco que es una cuestión de preferencia.
La habitación estaba totalmente equipada con microondas, mini refrigerador e incluso un baño. El aire acondicionado y el calefacción trabajaron perfectamente juntos, y nos disfrutamos de una hermosa vista de la ciudad.
Nos hemos quedado en muchos hoteles durante años, y esto es fácilmente uno de los mejores.

UUsuario invitadoLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Customers should never have to contact trip.com and the hotel to resolve a booking problem. Trip.com made things right…but experience was lame.

UUsuario invitadoLocation is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

CChanElsa酒店離迪士尼很近，晚上在房間也能看到煙花，地理位置確實還不錯的，選擇這家酒店是因為他們有洗衣房。前台的服務員都挺耐心和友好的，請注意這家酒店可能客房挺滿的，所以我們到達的時候2點50左右都不能提前入住的，必須等到3點才能拿房卡。另外房間設定挺舊的，浴室洗手盤上的燈是壞的。洗衣服的話，洗衣粉需要自己買，可以在小賣部拿了到前台結賬，2刀一小盒（一次洗衣服的分量）。洗衣房有2個洗衣機是壞的，所以早上洗衣服等了挺長時間。另外，早餐真的很難吃，種類很少。如果沒有洗衣服或者大家可以接受酒店付費的洗衣/乾衣服務，個人建議不要訂這家酒店。

BBeibeibeikaEstá muy cerca de Disneyland. El autobús 83 cuesta $2 por persona y está a solo una parada, o 20 minutos a pie. Al regresar por la noche, no había autobuses, así que un Uber costó $15. La primera noche, vimos los fuegos artificiales de Disneyland directamente desde el hotel (¡sorprendentemente, no hubo fuegos artificiales al día siguiente!). ¡Una ganga! El aparcamiento gratuito fue fantástico; aparcamos en el hotel y fuimos a Disneyland nosotros mismos, ahorrando $35 en aparcamiento. Para un hotel cerca de Disneyland, la relación calidad-precio es aceptable.
Nota: No queríamos una habitación en la esquina, así que nos asignaron una en la intersección. Aunque está cerca del ascensor, es un poco ruidosa con la gente entrando y saliendo. La habitación no estaba bien insonorizada; se oía a la gente caminando y hablando en el pasillo. Por suerte, estábamos demasiado cansados para dormir bien.
Las instalaciones en general parecen un poco antiguas. La máquina de hielo de la zona común estaba rota el primer día. En general, fue una buena experiencia. El lugar también se sentía seguro; la parada de autobús a Disneyland estaba dentro del complejo, así que se sentía mucho más seguro. El hotel después de esta parada tenía personas sin hogar durmiendo en las bancas.
