«Отдыхали в отеле Crystal Sunset семьёй с детьми 10 и 13 лет и нашими друзьями — остались очень довольны! Отель отлично подходит для семейного отдыха: детям было чем заняться, аквагорки работали, бассейны на улице с подогревом.
Отдельное спасибо Ahmed Bey на баре у бассейна — он делал отличные напитки и всегда был очень приветлив.
Несмотря на то, что это был всего лишь второй день работы отеля в начале сезона, абсолютно всё уже функционировало и было в наличии. Видно, что команда хорошо подготовилась и старается для гостей.
Отдельная благодарность Onur Bey из отдела Guest Relations — он заселил нас сразу по приезду, помог организовать поздний выезд, а также в номер принесли приятный комплимент в виде тарелки фруктов и бутылочки вина. Это было очень приятно и добавило особого уюта нашему отдыху.
В целом отдых получился замечательный, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова и можем смело рекомендовать этот отель!»

This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on.
What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience.
If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience.
Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

Her calisan guler yuzlu ve sizin rahatinizi dusunduklerini her biri size hissettiriyor. Bayram tatilinde geldigimiz icin yogunluk olur mu gibi cekincelerimiz vardi ancak otelin kullanim imkanlari yelpaze olarak o kadar genis ki herkes farkli alanlara dagiliyor ve hep sakin ve huzurlu bir alan bulabiliyorsunuz, kimseyle köse kapmaca oynamaniza gerek yok. Acik bufesindeki cesitlilik ve lezzete 4.5 puan alakart restaurantlarina ise 5 puan veriyoruz. Ozellikle burada konaklayacaksaniz ”Sandal” reatauranti denemenizi tavsiye ederim. Harika bir rakı, meze, balik deneyimi olacaktir. Otel, odalarin ve ortak alanlarin temizligi konusunda da bizi oldukca memnun etti. Barlarda alacaginiz Kokteyllerde alkol konuluyor mu az mi gibi dusunceleriniz olmuyor hatta fazla bile konulabiliyor. biz bir kac kere alkolu biraz daha az koymalarini rica ettik :) Genel olarak, temizlik, servis ve imkanlariyla 5 yildizi sonuna kadar hak eden bir Otel. Kesinlikle tekrar gelirim.

De hecho, la comida es muy deliciosa, el vino también es bueno, comer ocho pasteles al día, el minibar de la habitación también es oportuno. Turquía es muy interesante, el masaje también está bien, se puede hablar del precio, 40 minutos de lavabo + masaje de aceite de oliva 60 minutos 110 euros/persona. La piscina directa en el cuarto es muy grande, sentarse en el sofá es más cómoda que el área pública, es decir, el agua es un poco suave y limpia es muy limpia. La falta de lo que es que la ciudad de lado no es muy interesante, el mar es limpio pero muy poco azul, casi significa. Además, hay demasiados sacos

Nice hotel with decent food and good level of amenities.
Some amenities that are advertised such as room service or iron in the room aren’t actually avaliable. Also, limited number of staff speak English so communication can be difficult.
If you’re travelling with young kids, please be aware than loud music can be heard in the rooms until 11pm.
Overall a decent place to stay but could do better.

We have just returned from a stay at the Nephos Hotel and overall, we had a very positive experience.
The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area.
However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.

Номера уютные, но для троих нам показалось что маловато, переставили раскладушку для ребёнка. Кухня хорошая , но основное блюдо это омлет или яичница, немного добавляют разнообразия каждый день какими-то вкусняшками. В общем отличное сочетание цены и качества. Парковка была , надо забивать место.

這個城市的酒店都不便宜，這家應該算是性價比很高的了，而且還有早餐早餐非常非常豐盛，很大的一份什麼都有，嗯，就在酒店旁邊那個餐廳，另外酒店的房間還挺不錯的，產品乾淨，然後隔音也好入住的當天是生日工作人員留意到了他給我説了生日快樂，謝謝

Мы отдыхали с семьёй в Linda sanny beach отличный отель. Нам очень понравилось в этом отеле отдыхать. Встретили очень радушно, как своих родственников. Объяснили всё, что, где находится. У нас было все включено. Кормили нас на отлично👍👏😆. Еды много разнообразие. Голодными не останетесь это точно. Автобус ходит до пляжа каждые 20 минут. 2-3 минуты и вы уже на пляже. Лежаков очень много. Есть покушать на пляже раздают соки, воду, пиво, коктейли. Многие обедают на пляже. Море Супер, вход пологий, дно песок, вода прозрачная. В отеле есть аниматоры девушки, которые занимаются вами. Вечером проходят представления, конкурсы. Можно сходить прогуляться, рядом есть Мигрос, базар. В вообщем отель понравился, всем рекомендую, мы ещё раз приедем сюда 👍👍👍

OlgаKms777Хороший отель, территория красивая, большая и удобная, большой и активный бассейн где есть зоны и для взрослых и для малышей, отличный аквапарк, веселая анимация и неплохие вечерние шоу (огненное шоу одно из лучших, что доводилось видеть). Питание на пятерку, все вкусно и разнообразно, были и морепродукты и красная рыба, дорадо, сибас на гриле, очень вкусная телятина. Коктейли входящие в ол инклюзив были вкусными и разнообразными, белое вино и пиво также неплохими. Не понравились только номера, они почти все с видом друг на друга. Положила сотруднику на ресепшн 20 евро в паспорт при въезде, но несмотря на это он заселил нас в плохой номер, на задворках, в нем из крана шел кипяток и было невозможно его отрегулировать, а также не закрывалась дверь в санузел, пришлось обратиться к другому сотруднику и он на следующей день переселил в номер получше. Поэтому именно в этом отеле не рекомендую давать чаевые сотрудникам ресепшн, это не имеет смысла, видимо заелись ребята.
В целом этот отель хорош за свои деньги.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good.
That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English.
Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room.
Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid.
If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.
