Loved this stay! Gorgeous hotel with a spacious room in the middle of Songkhla Old Town. Super convenient to walk around and explore the area.

Room 4B was insufficiently cleaned at check-in, with hair and lint scattered all over the floor. After we complained, the floor was swept. At our request, the room was eventually mopped as well. However, the corners of the room and the area under the desk remained dirty. The kitchen floor was sticky and disgusting. Only later did we realize that the entire room was affected by mold, as there was no ventilation and no way to open a window for fresh air. Never again!

Service should be improved. We fully understand that the room is intended to accommodate only two guests. However, on some occasions, we may have relatives visiting briefly. The staff’s behavior—looking at us as if we were doing something wrong and following us—was uncomfortable and unacceptable. This made us feel disrespected.

พักชั้น 2 บ้านน่ารักดี ทำเลบ้านพักดีมาก เดินเที่ยวไปได้ทุกที่ ข้าวเช้าเป็นโรตีแกงไก่ อร่อย ที่นั่งทานเป็นสวนเล็กๆชิลๆ บ้านพักต้องถอดรองเท้าไว้ชั้น1 และเดินขึ้นไปพักที่ตัวโรงแรมด้านบน พื้นเป็นพื้นไม้ อาจดังบ้าง และมีเศษกรวดเล็กๆติดเท้าบ้าง ตัวห้องพักน่ารักมาก ตกแต่งดี โทนสีดี สิ่งที่ไม่ชอบคือห้องน้ำ ค่อนข้างแคบและเป็น rain shower ที่ปรับความร้อนยาก นอกนั้นทุกอย่างดีหมดเลยค่ะ

Very comfortable hotel to stay. Everything ok, smooth check in process.. will repeat again to stay here. But not sure about the breakfast whether is it halal or not.

I m Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel okay. Ein paar Abstriche muss ich machen. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich kahl, kein Bild an der Wand, keinerlei Holz, alles hell gestrichen. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut, selbst auf der kleinsten Stufe. Die Lage ist nicht so gut, ohne Taxi oder Auto ist keine Attraktion der Stadt erreichbar. Weder die Old Town noch die vielen tollen Restaurants am See oder die Strände. Frühstück ist gut, der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Pavillon ist außer Betrieb.

ความสะอาด ความสะดวกสบายในห้อวพัก เต็ม 10 ไม่หัก เพราะเป็นโรงแรมใหม่ แต่ ฝากเจ้าของพิจารณากระบวนการ check inn ใหม่ โรงแรมไม่มีมินิบาร์ แต่ต้องวางเงินสด จำนวน 1000 บาท เป็นค่าประกันห้อง และคีย์การ์ด คำถาม เงินนะมีมัดจำ แค่ต้องเป็นเงินสด ไม่รับโอน ไม่รับ block วงเงินในบัตรเครดิต คือ กำลังสงสัยว่า เจ้าของโรงแรมเขาไม่ทราบหรืออย่างไรว่า ปัจจุบีนนี้ เราอยู่ในสังคมไร้เงินสด หากคิดว่าต้องมีมัดจำ พิจารณาเปลี่ยนวิธีการเถอะ ส่วนค่าประกันห้องพักเก็บตั้ง 1000 บาท หากกลัวความเสียหายขนาดนั้น แนะนำ ปิดโรงแรมแล้วไว้พักแทนเถอะ ท้ายสุดเรื่องเงินประกันเหมือนเดิม ตอน check out เสร็จ พนักงานทำเนียนๆ ว่าห้องไม่มีปัญหาอะไร เรียบร้อยแล้ว จบ เชิญ แขกไปได้ แต่เอ๊ะ เงินประกัน 1000 บาท จะไม่คืนหรือ ต้อถามว่า อ้าว แล้วเงินมัดจำอ่ะ พนักงานถึงเอ๊ะ คืนเงินมัดจำให้ เอ… มันชักยังไง เริ่มคิดแล้วว่า ทำไมมัดจำแพง หรือจะเนียนลืม แล้วไม่คืน มันยังไงนะ เพราะโรงแรมส่วนใหญ่ เขาจะเตรียมทุกอย่างไว้ หลังเช็คห้องเสร็จ ไม่ต้องให้แขกถามหา
